KOO HOTEL

The room was quite cramped. The price was acceptable, but for the triple and double rooms, some of the beds were actually in the bathroom. There was no place to put your phone, and no toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers were provided.

The hotel is really close to the subway station; you can see Koo as soon as you exit. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and if you walk a bit further from the hotel, there's a pretty good and affordable street food stall. The only downside is the soundproofing isn't great; if your neighbors are noisy, you can definitely hear it clearly. There are plenty of food options around. If you're going to Impact Arena, this place is definitely worth staying at.

The room was quite noisy, but the surroundings were decent. It was conveniently located near the concert venue. I liked that the toilet and shower were separate, which was great for two people. The main issue was the noise at night due to ongoing construction nearby. The soundproofing wasn't very good.

Extremely poor value for money, terrible experience, strongly not recommended! I was on a business trip and had no choice but to book this hotel because nearby hotels were fully booked. The price wasn't low, and the experience turned out to be a disaster. 1. **Overpriced with zero value for money:** It was even more expensive than other hotels near my business location! I thought the higher price might mean better quality, but it was a complete rip-off. 2. **Hidden costs, a blatant rip-off:** The room rate was already so high, yet they didn't even provide breakfast. If you wanted breakfast, you had to pay extra. Even basic toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) were charged separately – I've truly never seen anything like it. 3. **Small room, outdated facilities:** The room was tiny, and the facilities were very ordinary, with nothing noteworthy. It definitely didn't justify the price. 4. **Remote location, inconvenient commute:** It was quite a distance from the factory, adding extra time to my commute every day, which is very inconvenient for business travelers. 5. **Pungent smell in the shower water:** This was the most unbearable part! The shower water had an extremely strong disinfectant smell, exactly like swimming pool water. It was really unpleasant to shower with. **Summary:** Expensive, remote, and stingy! Unless you absolutely cannot find any other accommodation, do NOT fall into this trap. I've stayed at hotels near the airport for one night that were cheaper, didn't advertise meals, but still provided them along with basic toiletries upon check-in. Asking for two extra bottles of mineral water was also not allowed here.

The room is quite spacious, and the wet and dry areas are very well separated. The surroundings are a bit desolate, but transportation is convenient as it's right outside the BTS station. There's also a 7-Eleven across the road, and small stalls start setting up outside the 7-Eleven in the afternoon. The only minor downside is that if you want to sleep in a bit in the morning, you might hear some train noise, but it's not too loud or long-lasting.
