Novotel Bangkok Impact

Room is spacious and opposite the arena. I can't eat meat so not much choices for breakfast. If you are going to thunder dome the sheltered area is a rather long walk. Better to go from the 1st floor and cross the road instead

The best stay in the area, the IMPACT Dome. The location is great, perfect for people going to concerts, as it's close to both the imapact arena and the thunder dome. But the room, the bathroom door seemed to be broken and not closed properly. The rest of the room was excellent. The staff were very nice. There is no specific one person, but the reception staff are very good. When asked about luggage storage or other matters, the staff not only talk or point directions, but also take you on a walk. The housekeeperalso greet, provides excellent service. The reception staff are very good. We stayed 1 nite on 6 Jun'26 The hotel is bright, new, clean, trendy. We took a Grab taxi/car to & fro from BKK city 38 min from Asok to Impact Novotel 30 min from Impact Novotel to Phaya Thai Easy to get a Grab. Came for CNBLUE concert at Thunder Dome. Lobby lady staff knows (sense) so she asked, for CNBLUE, i said yes! She replied, easy to reach venue via linkbridge (passed via hotel restaurant). Sweet staff🤩 They even drew at lobby, cute caricature for 3LOGY CNBLUE stage! Thumbs up for your sweet thoughts. Every corner, i see fans 😍 There are restaurants, walking distance away to Impact halls. Starbucks, KFC, Japanese restaurant (yummy food) Our room is not large, good for two. Water in glass bottle provided. Coffee machine, capsules too.. Had good nite rest after concert💪👏

Very near to the exhibition hall, train station walking distance. Easily can get taxi , but not much food available nearby
