Honest recommendations for this simple and nice place. Everything was more and better than expected. Staff, accommodation, restaurant, food choices, the resort itself, animation for children, sport activities. Every part of the resort is clean and nicely done. We stayed in a bungalow, which was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful experience. Everything is exactly as described and visible in the pictures. Perfect place for a summer vacation.

We came to this beach as it had great reviews for families with kids and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely sandy beach with shallow water near shore so the kids can play freely and our minds are at peace. Borna was really helpful at the water slide reception. Would recommend and definitely would come again!!

We was in mobile home, perfect clean and comfort. The house equipped with beach wagon, fruits, mineralwater. Food is delicious and the employees is very helpful. The place is good for a family vacation. Lot of sunbeds and good beaches for everyone. Only one things we didnt like the sports renting, booking. The goods is in bad condition, bikes in very bad condition too. When we tried to make an appointment for some device or service, they always said that there was no space, and nobody used it... this was very unpleasant, luckily the people working at Kayak were helpful. Good thing we brought our own sup.

If you're looking forward to eating fries the whole vacation, this is the perfect location for you. The rooms are fairly clean. Toilet despair .. s*** smeared all over the toilet, most of the time there is paper in the toilet. The workers on the beaches for recreation sup, kayak, cushions, etc... They give you props if they can. But if they don't want to, they just say it's not possible. Seen from my own experience, it is good to know several languages and to understand each other. The main bar, they work as they dream. A team of four fails to serve 15 tables, shame. Prices are like this, we are in England. 5 e for a beer? It's a shame, there's a monopoly and you can't cool down with drinks elsewhere, you're forced to drink beer for 5 e and cocktails for 9 e. Although you have all inclusive, it would make sense to offer at least a juice stop on the beach. The food is pure despair, everything tastes the same, for dinner it's usually what's left from lunch. In general, there is a lot of food, but it is all tasteless. The only bright spot is the evening program where children can dance and jump a little. Folks, it's even more worthwhile to go somewhere by plane.

Beautiful mediterranean pine forest, crammed with little straw huts, crystal clear sea, very crowded, loud music on the beach, plenty of organised activities and extremely poor food. We noticed that there are plenty of perfectly happy people around and we found many positive reviews on tripadvisor, so we guess this is what most people believe to be a perfect summer holiday. We booked a comfortable bungalow (available at 500 Euro per night for a family with 2 children). Although the bungalows can buy you some privacy and they have been built in the most quiet section of the camp, the loveless soup kitchen experience in the only available restaurant remains the same.

if you want an active vacation with full service with your family, this is a good place for you. everything in one place, holidays without starting the car with great food. the only complaint could be in the direction of hygiene standards, which have fallen a bit, but we hope that in the next visit they will be at a higher level!

This is definitely an excellent place for a family vacation. In fact, the best option is for multiple families with children so that the adults can socialize knowing that the kids are safe and not bored. How could they be bored when there are so many activities on offer: swimming, water sports, inflatables, volleyball, tennis, adrenaline park... Again, if someone prefers a quieter vacation in the shade on the beach on loungers with a book or with a beer in a cafe, you will still find what you are looking for. Once you arrive at the Pine Beach complex, there is no need to leave it. The restaurant is commendable. Convince your friends and book your spot at Pine Beach Pakoštane, you won't regret it!
Response from Property: Dear Valued Guest, Thank you so much for your review! We are thrilled to hear that Pine Beach provided such an enjoyable experience for your family. It is great to know that the variety of activities kept the kids entertained while the adults had time to relax and socialize. We are also glad you appreciated the quieter spots for relaxation and the quality of our restaurant. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we can't wait to welcome you and your friends back for another memorable stay! With kind regards, Jelena B. Head of Customer Relations and Quality Control

The hotel rooms are not clean, wifi is so terrible that you cannot even connect to buy additional roaming from your provider. Not enough showers at beach, no cold water or open bars or snacks even thoght this is paid for. No clean toillets at beach. The chairs at swimming pool placed so closely that you have to jump over people and chairs, not enough smoking area. This is my third time in TR, this is the most expensive pkace we paid and the worst experience ever and the most expensive one.

The nature is wonderful, the idea of the entire camp is well conceived, but the quality of service and the quality of the staff has been declining over the years. The program for young children should start at 8:00 p.m., not at 9:00 p.m. A little more offering for adults during the evening program would not hurt. It is also necessary to work on silence inside the camp during the night and not disturb the house rules. The main bar should have more professional staff. The reception is always crowded. The prices this year are too high for what you get.
Response from Property: Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear you appreciate the natural beauty and concept of our camp. We're sorry to learn that some aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Your comments about the service quality, staff, and program timings are valuable, and we will work on improving these areas. We'll also address the need for more evening offerings for adults and ensure our camp maintains a peaceful environment at night. We are working on training our main bar staff to enhance professionalism and will look into ways to reduce wait times at reception. Regarding pricing, we strive to offer good value and will review this to ensure our guests feel they receive the best experience for the cost. Thank you for your constructive feedback, and we hope to welcome you back with improved services in the future. With kind regards, Jelena B. Head of Customer Relations and Quality Control

I love it here! I was în 2019 for the first time and I felt în love with this resort. The one things maybe that would be to improve îs the electricity areas and maybe water for drinking to be accesible all day long. But even like it is... Is a perfect place to be and to relax

We had a very relaxing time at the Pine Beach resort and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The surrounding coast line is stunning. However if you are booking through a third party and coming from outside the immediate surrounding countries you do need to understand what you are booking. You should view it has a part camping holiday and part all inclusive (although you have to pay for drinks at the bars). The bungalows are basic and have no electricity, so you will need to bring charging packs and torches. The toilets and showers are in sanitary blocks, and no towels are provided, so you need to bring beach towels and towels for washing. All bungalows have mosquito nets but you will need insect repellant and afyerbite cream. If you have a chance book a boat trip along the coast to see the coastline

I went as a child of Club Med holidays in the 80’s and I was curious to see how the resort was being used in 2023 - and also as a first time experience of all inclusive as a family. Apparently it’s american owned now and the legacy of the Club Med design is there, the huts are beautiful, the landscaping is amazing and how the rocks have been carved out to create a sea side lounging area that was beautifully natural. The huts are super simple but they smell amazing and I loved them. The toilets and showers were clean and always available. The activities were great and easy to book. Our nine year old did activities all day and then was asking us to play tennis at 7pm! The food was quite good - they try hard, but it’s difficult not to crave a decent restaurant quality meal (probably the same at all all inclusives no matter how much you have paid.) If you are on all inclusive ‘light’ it’s basically no alcohol apart from weak beer as the wine is undrinkable (which suited me.) The bar was ok, the cocktails are awful, just order a beer. Coffee quite good. Loungers really uncomfortable! Not sure the yoga was led by a qualified instructor and she had us doing some pretty powerful moves early on in the class which was a bit disconcerting! The ‘eco’ credentials are questionable - yes, the huts have no electricity and they ask you to spare water and I think the showers are solar powered but there’s no clear eco message or any sign of innovation which was disappointing. I think they use the word cause it helps to market it. Also, the corporation that runs it is faceless - who are they? What do they stand for? What is their personality? It was all a bit bland & nothing like the amazing emotional connection you got at an 80’s Club Med holiday (which I will admit was what I was chasing.) The staff are young and very polite - someone is pulling some very tight strings behind the scenes but again, it was not obvious at any time as to who was in charge. I prefer knowing who is the boss of a place. The punters are an interesting mixed bunch which give you lots of people watching opportunities. Very very busy at high season leaving you craving a bit of P&Q at times. Lots of very small children but equally there’s lots for teenagers too. Not many Brits like us which was great ;) Overall, I would recommend , but not return - not least because it was also great value for money but also I’m just not sure if I could do another all inclusive.

Just returned from a brilliant, relaxing family holiday. My family and I stayed in 4-6 berth mobile homes which were a godsend in the middle of a heatwave as they have air conditioning. The mobile home was fantastic, modern and clean (2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, kitchen, living area and the option to turn the sofa into a double bed). Arrived to complementary wine, a full basket of fruit and bottles of water. There are other, cheaper, options on site including beach huts (more like UK glamping) but I’m glad we chose the option we did. The resort package included full board (four buffet style meals a day including drinks. There were numerous menu options each day to satisfy even the fussiest of eaters). Many free activities available throughout the day inc. gym, kayaking, sailing, volleyball, archery, kids club. There are also a number of extra activities that incur an additional charge inc. bike hire, massage, sailing lessons, jet ski inflatable rides. There’s a free inflatable water park area which the youngest children loved and an outdoor bar, entertainment and recreational area. The bar, on-site shop and reception all accepted major debit and credit cards so cash wasn’t required. However many bars, restaurants, shops off the resort are cash only. Something I didn’t consider until asking for the bill at a restaurant and being told, when showing my card, “sorry, only cash” resulting in a slightly embarrassing walk to the nearest ATM. Pine Beach is a large resort with plenty of beach side areas for sunbathing and swimming. It was busy but it never felt crowded. If resorts are your thing it’s perfect however if, like me, you soon crave something different, I’d recommend venturing out of the resort on occasion. The coastal village of Pakostane is a short walk away with many restaurants, beaches, market stalls. At night the village comes alive with busy bars, restaurants and entertainment. Just remember to take cash. Just a little further along the coast in the opposite direction is another popular beach with bars and food vendors. We visited here because the water rides (banana boats, jet skis etc) were significantly cheaper per person than booking the equivalent within the resort. I also managed to visit the city of Zadar which was only a 30 minute bus ride away. Bus fare was relatively cheap €56 return for 8 people. Highly recommend visiting the area if you can (particularly the Old Town). The staff at the resort were always approachable, friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful family holiday and a country that we’d happily return to. The resort was fantastic with the only downside being any additional costs being a little on the high side.
