Hotels near Jasdam II/Sriwijaya in Palembang

I am travel agent naifahtours & Travel, early last month booked 52 rooms in maxone. Alhamdulillah from all my guests, no one complains and satisfied during the stay in maxone, the room was clean and the service from the staff was very good and friendly. The location of the hotel is also in the middle of the city and the center of the crowd, so it is highly recommended for those who want to visit Palambing.

The lodge location is close to the city center. During staying on this hotel, there're not so much crucial problem. Keep staying the hospitality.

Stay here for 1 night from Dec 4 to Dec 5 2021, in deluxe garden view, and I could say this was one of my best staycation experience. The room was very spacious with minimalist decor, the bed is super king size (200*200), the rain shower head is wonderful, with great water pressure. The cleanliness in the room is superb, but could be better in the balcony area. It is quite far from entertain area in Palembang, but very close to airport, and the surrounding area is quite nice, quiet and feels like it's outside Palembang, so it's a good choice to have a staycation here. Breakfast selection is good, they have everything from traditional, asian, and western. Their waffles are good, hopefully you will add honey and maple syrup topping in the future. Too bad my nasi pandan was a bit undercooked, and the taliwang fish is too hard to eat, but the taste is good. The biggest cons I feel here is the main lobby, it's so hot at the lobby. I'm sweating like crazy while standing in line waiting for my turn, and it's like just 10 mins! Longest 10 minutes during my stay there 😄 hopefully it will be cooler in the lobby area tne next time I come again. Last but not least, thank you to Front Desk Agent Ms Nisa, for make sure my check in and check out experience is smooth like butter~ she's patiently listen to my request(s) and make sure I get the best room possible for my request, and she helps me with the membership on my checkout, too! Overall I really recommend this hotel, it's really versatile for our needs, either we are solo travelling, have a honeymoon gateway, family staycation, or even just having a transit for your tomorrow's flight. Will definitely stay here again everytime I need a quick gateway from city restlessness ❤

W stayed at family suite for 2 days (4 of us). Very impressed and enjoyed our stay very much. Staff are very helpful, room was spacious with all necessary amenities (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpastes, slipper,and many more). The breakfast was super yummy with many variety of food (inc pizza, pempek and may more). I think the breakfast is above standard for 3 stars hotel. We ordered dimsum from the restaurant and they delivered to our room and ended up order more as they were yummy. There are so many restaurant nearby so I wish I stayed longer. Will definitely come back to this hotel. This is 3 star hotel but we feel like staying in 5 stars hotel. We were so pampered. Also, the hotel even sell pempek dan kemplang that you can bring back for ole without looking anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!

1..Waiting check in for non smoking rooms for more than two hours..., asking too wait, several times ask wait, and then they change shift and no one to follow up, when i asking for fourth time with different staff, they said they need deposits, meanwhile i sit in front of the receptionist for more than two Hours!! 2. dirty area of swimming pool no staff taking care of it at first time i check it around 14.00 than in 16.45 i check it, i see people smoke around swimming pool area, smoke smell around corridor to swimming pool 3.,no free mineral water, in current covid situation you have to go to corridor and using public dispenser, are you sure the glass or bottle cup attached previously to the dispenser was clean enough? 4. Ugly view, booked 3 room different floor and different side with all ugly view. 5. Front office not responsive when we first arrive just look on our car, and then i giving a code to asking help and the staff starting to move to help. I already checked in to 3 different hotels within one week in palembang area somehow Aston is the worst, aryaduta, all nite and day, and the last is Aston, luckily we only stay just for one night this time.

I had the pleasure of staying at Santika Radial to celebrate my mother's birthday in June, and I must say that this hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we checked in, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast. The breakfast spread impressed us with its extensive offerings of both traditional and western cuisine. Our rooms were generously spacious, and the city views from our windows were absolutely stunning. A little tip for future guests: consider requesting a room on a higher floor to fully enjoy the best views the hotel has to offer. I am truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality that made our stay so enjoyable. Santika Radial has left a lasting impression, and without a doubt, we will choose to stay here again on our future visits. having a good time while stay at the zuri hotel palembang...... the hospitality and facilities was great and clean. while stay you can enjoyed the sky pool with palembang city view. all the staff already being vacinated so you dont have to be worry. the room was clean and get uv steril before the guest entering the room

The food are excellent and very tasty, but i think need more menu so the customer felt excited. By overall the place and the food is amazing the service is good and excellent. The service are good and the people there ate excellent

The hotel location was perfect. Near to many restaurant. Hotel staffs were friendly and nice too. They even recommend a local restaurant where the prices are reasonable. Thumbs up :) the room was valued for money and perfect. Thanks for making our trip so memorable with the good service provided💗💗💗

Stay here for 3 nites. Clean room, Nice small room hotel with cool ambiance but there were mosquitos in the public area at evening. Good location cause close to traditional shopping area, culinary, coffee shop. There were no mineral water in the room but they prepare public dispenser for drink.
