Very restful. Great beds, sheets, pillows, hot water, towels, complimentary water/shampoo/etc. I travel quite a bit, but I know many do not. For the neophyte/uneasy traveler I'd say, ”You'll be very comfortable here.” Very easy access to the Palenque ruins. The AC works great. Staff has been wonderful. We had a minor problem and it was addressed immediately. It really is a nice place to stay (and it has it's own restaurant). I believe I need to be mindful of my fellow travelers priorities and say that I found the pool a disappointment. It's very nice in location/construction, but my observation on this trip has been that ALL the hotels I've stay edat use their pool filters only part of the day. I regret that this pool is so cloudy that (I think) a good 'shock' treatment is in order as well as a thorough cleaning.

I stayed three nights in this hostel. Time to visit Palenque, the surrounding waterfalls, the market... The people at reception were adorable, had a lot of humor and were very understanding. The hostel is very clean, the kitchen very functional and it is possible to enjoy the common area and the very well-kept swimming pool too. Breakfast included which is taken in the hotel opposite... impeccable. It was a pleasure to stay here! I recommend !

Très bon hotel moderne . Notre chambre était grande et très propre avec une très belle salle de bain spacieuse et moderne. grand téléviseur écran plat, bonne climatisation et bonne literie et jolie décoration. La piscine est belle et très agréable ainsi que son bar. Joli salle de restaurant et le petit déjeuner était très copieux et diversifié avec un buffet sucré et salé. Le personnel a été aussi très agréable et serviable car nous avons eu un petit souci de climatisation qu’ils ont réglé avec beaucoup d’efficacité. Ce fut vraiment une étape très agréable et de qualité dans notre circuit.

Qu'il y a t'il de plus fantastique que d'arriver dans notre hôtel cerné par des cris de singes hurleurs et survolés par vols de arras rouges (guacamays escarlates) en bonne voie d'extinction par ce cher être humain. Très bel hôtel avec quelques symptômes tout de même de la difficulté d'entretenir de si grand édifices. Agréablement bien situé à 5 min en voiture du centre de Palenque au calme. Chambre confort lit king size, clim, TV, wifi, 2 belles piscines et services restaurant/petit déjeuner . Personnel très sympathique. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande++
