I can’t think of a single negative regarding our recent stay ! Clean and neat and everyone was cheerful and helpful! Very comfortable bed and pool area was so clean!

The staff here was very accommodating to my family as our Mom had just passed. They went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend! Thank you for your kindness..

The hot tub was good but could have been hotter. It would good to have hot water and coffee available in the lobby.

when we arrived at the hotel, it was 90° outside. Our room was at 87°. After like an hour we requested a fan at when we turn the air conditioning on after two or three hours. I realize that the air isn’t working correctly in contacting the front desk. They sent a technician up and said he could not fix it. That was the last that we saw of anyone we asked for a different room, but they didn’t have one in the air. Finally came on around 1 o’clock in the morning reported it to the front end and really didn’t care.

Very clean but very noisy. I booked though ******* but they didn’t give me the rate I booked. People above us walked the floor alnight and the water pipes through the wall ran alnight.

We've stayed here a few times in the last year and it's always a great stay. The king sized bed was soft and cozy.
