Great location and price or value for money if you only spend one or two nights in the city . Everything is walking distance. Breakfast was ok, although the staff was a bit oblivious to guests in the restaurant. Check in at night was fast and easy. It’s all a bit dated but still comfortable and clean enough to have a good stay. There was no restaurant or cafe inside the hotel that was open during the day hence even if you wanted to buy something or drink a coffee there was nowhere to go.

Location is alright. Walk distance to all visiting points but a long walk to train station. Like 20-25 mins Receptionist (Rosarido) is so nice. Room is normal one. Breakfast is ok.

The location is superb! It's a 15-minute walk from the central train station, and the hotel is right next to the Four Corners Square. It's only 500-600 meters to the main cathedral and the opera house, meaning all attractions within the old city are within walking distance.

Great location- good service. The room was clean, and comfortable. I only stood one night, as this was a transit day for me in Palermo. The staff were helpful and able to accommodate me arriving slightly earlier than expected. The location is great for a first time visit in Palermo- just outside the Quattro Canti.

The hotel is magnificent, truly palace-like. However, the facilities are a bit dated, and the bathroom was quite cramped, with a broken sliding door.

The hotel boasts the best possible location. It's right in the city center, putting all major attractions within easy reach. While it's not a luxury hotel – just a standard Italian 4-star – everything is conveniently organized. The only minor issues were that the bread and ham (presumably at breakfast) would occasionally run out, requiring us to ask staff to bring more. The soundproofing also leaves something to be desired. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

This hotel has a fantastic location; just turn left and you're right in Four Corners Alley, and all the attractions are within a 5-10 minute walk. Because of its excellent location, there are restaurants all downstairs, and since you're staying on the second floor, the soundproofing isn't great—it's all noise pollution. Also, there's no parking on the street; you have to drag your luggage 200 meters (about 5 minutes) to hail a taxi. The photos online are really great, but the actual place is rather run-down, a bit like the advertised product. Furthermore, the shower facilities, especially the disposable toothbrushes, are of extremely poor quality. There's no breakfast service; you just sit down and eat by yourself, haha 😄. The mattress is a very cheap spring mattress. And the lighting in all the stairwells and hallways is very dim—it's like watching a horror movie at night.

The hotel's public areas have a palatial feel, a great location, good breakfast, and the front desk staff were friendly, but I still gave it a bad review. (Friendly reminder: Don't stay on the first floor, especially room 120.) I was assigned room 120 at check-in, and the room wasn't great. But I figured the price was fair, so I went out for a walk. When I returned, the room was very noisy, with constant trailer noises. I opened the curtains to look out and found the windowsill disgustingly dirty. There were also occasional dog barks, so I took pictures and sent them to Ctrip customer service and the hotel front desk to request a room change. They told me the hotel was fully booked and they couldn't change it, and they'd have to deal with it the next day depending on the hotel's situation. Not wanting to go through all that trouble, I just made do. Around 7 am, the trailer noise started again in the hallway, it was unbearable. I opened the door and saw a freight elevator next to the room, which was used for all items going up and down. The breakfast restaurant was on the second floor, and I realized the kitchen was above the room (meaning they were also moving things around in the kitchen, making the room very noisy). I was speechless. Ctrip customer service was very helpful and followed up, eventually changing me to a room on the second floor, which was much better. But the entire morning's schedule was disrupted, and my mood was greatly dampened.

The location is superb, but parking requires a certain level of driving skill, haha. Stepping out, you'll find yourself on a bustling main street, with the cathedral and Quadrilateral Square just steps away.

This is an old-fashioned, retro hotel with a strong vintage feel. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and even larger are the bathrooms and showers; our twin room had two bathrooms. The staff are warm and friendly, and the breakfast is plentiful. The location is excellent, with almost all attractions within walking distance. The room key is quite heavy, but if you need to go out, the front desk can keep it for you. Highly recommended for tourists visiting Palermo.

The location is excellent, but it wasn't convenient for us to drive in. It's very close to various attractions, all within walking distance. It's also not far from the airport bus stop. Breakfast is a standard European breakfast.
