Clean accommodation very well looked after, Alessandro is the beating heart of this bb! The passion for his work can be seen and the guest feels at home! Convenient to the city center and the main markets, located in a quiet area of ​​the historic center, everything within walking distance!

After a long and stressful search for parking due to Palermo's traffic conditions, we went up to our room and found a pleasant surprise: a very well-kept bedroom with an intimate atmosphere thanks to the curtains around the bed hanging from the ceiling and the soft colors of the furnishings. Comfortable bathroom with window and equipped with bidet, a large shower and courtesy kit. The highlight is the private terrace which overlooks a part of the road with little traffic. Very comfortable bed and sweet dreams guaranteed given the tranquility. Central and excellent location for visiting the main attractions of the city. The host Alessandro was also very nice and helpful and didn't let us miss anything, welcoming us in the morning with fresh croissants and a cappuccino made by him.

Chosen for its proximity to the palazzo dei normanni where we had booked early and the previous reviews (dating back 2 years) we did not think it would be the black point of our stay in Palermo and Sicily. To begin with, the owner does not indicate that it is located in ZTL as well as the paid parking lot that he indicates. So if you don't want to pay the fine you have to find another parking lot. Then, take into account that it does not keep the luggage so it forces you to start the day by going to the parking lot to leave it in the car (which took us 45 minutes to walk since it was opposite the Palazzo) , so removes all the interest of staying there. The room is well decorated but the mattress very hard. And finally, the breakfast is pitiful: just 1 croissant, no bread, no fruit, biscuits and industrial juice. All this with purely commercial friendliness! "All my guests are my friends"

A wonderful simple B&B, right in the historic center, very close to everything. A huge thank you to the fantastic owners, Alessandro and Alessandra. We were welcomed with warmth and courtesy, we were provided with information and tips which helped us a lot in planning our holiday. We'll be back? who knows in that case, we will undoubtedly contact these nice and courteous people again
