PRO: posizione centralissima, a due passi dal porto e dalla stazione, con possibilità di raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti tutte le principali attrazioni della città; accoglienza calorosa e tutto il personale è gentile e disponibile a dare suggerimenti; camere pulitissime e dotate dei giusti comfort CONTRO: difficile trovare nei paraggi un parcheggio "regolare" e gratuito; nella stanza c'erano alcune cose un po' rotte e da sostituire (ad esempio tavola del WC); colazione fatta al bar di fianco tramite voucher e non all'interno della struttura (sarebbe da indicare in fase di prenotazione); mancanza di ascensore per portare i bagagli dentro la struttura può essere un problema per clientela anziana o con problemi motori (scale strette e ripide)
