Hotel is on the main drag of Palermo old city so that is convenient. It is old but done well for Palermo. The area around it did not impress at first but I soon realized that is just Palermo and once I got out more I realized the city is just different. The hotel set up has private spaces and shared. This allows you to meet your fellow travelers if you wish. I loved sitting down to breakfast each day and chatting with my fellow lodgers. The staff are a wonderful component of your stay. They help with everything. I enjoyed our stay immensely. It was safe, easy to navigate to the sites, close to lots of places to eat etc. My complaint is the pillows. Didn’t like them but the AC worked great and that was really, really important. Would return.

The staffs were very helpful and attentive.
Lots and lots of stairs to reach the apartment. I asked them to carry all our suitcases up to the flat.
Issues with hot water but resolved next day.
Very noisy from the street at early morning.
Apartment condition was ok not great definitely not worth the money.😞

This property is in a great location. Sara could not be more helpful. Young porter who helped us with taking our bags up was great. The property is comfortable, beds great, good heating and aircon. Both showers have pretty bad water pressure and only one had good hot water. The other was only warm. The apartment needs a refurb. It’s not bad, it’s just not up to the standard the pictures show. Lastly the stairs. If you have the slightest problem with steep stairs this is not for you. That’s not the properties fault. It just is what it is.
Final final note. A toaster would be a good addition.

We spent 4 days in this b&b located inside the historic Valentino building in the center of Palermo, ZTL area. What can I say, beautiful rooms, (the only thing being very small bathrooms) sublime breakfast in a room furnished with style, typical Sicilian sweets, assortment of sweet and savory and all served by Adrian, impeccable and ready to fulfill every request. The owner of the building was very kind, she acted as a guide in the building, telling all the anecdotes and details of the family's history. An unforgettable experience.
