The service is really not Good. The will charge extra when late check out 1 hour but not even give bill for that.

A very good place for a stay while in Chennai at a reasonable rate. Very close to the airport. Good rooms. An excellent breakfast spread. Very helpful staff. Special mention of Indu, Prasad from the reception and Anthony from the travel desk. If you are driving then they have ample car parking. Their restaurant too serves tasty food with good service.

The hospitality is very good and the service of the staffs are all with smooth behaviour. I took 15 rooms with 45 to 50 of my guest stay for 3 days in this hotel to attend my son's marriage, everybody appreciated about the neatness of the hotel and the staffs quality service. Dining and the quality and the healthy Buffett system food is very good. Safety and immediately responding for the calls are truly appreciated. Gents, ladies and kids enjoyed every moment of the time they stay inn. Very decent and economical room rents didn't exceed in my budget financial condition. Totally I am satisfied with your honorable service.

I recently hosted my daughter's engagement function at this hotel, and it was an excellent experience. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Special thanks to Ilam Raja for his outstanding assistance and attention to detail. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service provided and would definitely recommend this hotel for any event.

We booked the hall for my daughter's Wedding Reception at NK Grand Park and the Banquet hall/complimentary rooms provided was very neat/clean and well maintained. The support, behaviour & service rendered by Mr. Ilam Raja & his team was very good. We recommend this hall for any function for their service and food quality.

The Banquet Hall was Comfortable. The AC is Effective and The Breakfast Buffet is very tasty but my opinion is Price little High. The Staff's are very Helpful Specially Mr.Ilamraja He Helped for Banquet Booking and for Billings. Front office Team Needs to Improve for Guiding the Guest.

It was my daughter's function so we decided to book NK Grand Park and we think we took correct decision the room and the party hall which they provided was very neat and clean well maintained 5 star for cleanliness specially toilet was super clean and the service persons behaviour was very good with beautiful smile 5 star for them too so guys pls book this hall for any function they food is superb in taste they made us feel home . thanku
