Politely, I will just say this hotel is not a 5 Star hotel...maybe not even 4 Star. There are multiple reasons but I will say that one of the biggest reasons is mainly because of the front desk. They lack the understanding of genuine hospitality and a true 5 Star experience which goes above and beyond. To Mr. R.S. Gupta…it is time to make some serious changes at this location. 🙏🏽

We had a delightful stay at this hotel with breathtaking views. The service was excellent, and the vegetarian food options were quite satisfying. However, the only downside was the poor condition of the road leading to the hotel.
