I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed my experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Was hoping for more children playgrounds and areas where toddlers could play besides swim. There were a lot of kids at the hotel who probably would have enjoyed other areas. Overall very nice hotel and beautiful golf courses

This rubbish hotel put the tip on the bill. We booked New Year's Eve dinner at 6pm and waited for more than an hour before we were served. There was only one male waiter and none of the dishes were good. I only wanted to give a 10% tip, so I changed the 20% 45 to 10%, which is 22.5. Damn, it actually thought I had to give it 10% more. It's so *******. It only ordered a dish and served a dish. Is it worth so much money? ! Tips are voluntary. If the service is good, give more. If the service is not good, you still force it? !

The staff was so helpful. Very kind. Very happy to help in anything you needed. Also, when we checked in they were very very kind. The place was immaculate and the staff. I can't say enough about the staff. Ballet guys were great bartender. Superb. I definitely will visit again

I was only here for one night, but had a wonderful time. The staff was so friendly and the amenities were fantastic. Our room was incredibly comfortable and clean and had everything we could need.

Has potential, but needs upgrades. Inattentive staff (had to request towels after room cleaned multiple times) Told about strict dress code for Butchers but a guest was wearing gym shorts and a tshirt. The check in desk at the racquet club disorganized and chaotic. Valet staff was excellent as well as staff at the coffee shop.

The golf is exceptional and gorgeous. The Honeybelle restaurant was great, nice ambiance and good food, helpful staff. The racquet club was very unorganized and not helpful and doesn't follow the schedule at all. Seems to cater to Members which they don't tell you upfront. The front desk was average, mostly empty suits.
