Cariñas Studio Apartments

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The accommodation was exactly as described on *******. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our vacation truly relaxing from the very first day. The location was perfect. The studio was well-equipped, and very comfortable. Marlon was friendly, professional, and very responsive, always ready to help and provide useful recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized, with no issues at all. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Very clean, convenient location off the beaten path. Great outdoor gathering space for our family (booked 4 of the 5 units). Marlon is a gem!

As a solo, 50-something female visitor with friends staying at a nearby ocean-front hotel, this was just perfect for me. Too much, actually, since I didn't cook while I was there. AC worked great, shower was wonderful (waterfall and handheld showerhead with abundant hot water), kitchenette with everything you'd need, beach supplies (cooler, chairs, beach towels, umbrella, snorkel equipment), NO bugs, outdoor shower and place outside to dry wet swimsuit and I could go on. I felt very safe, even at night, and it was a 5-10 minute walk to everything. Only 2 things that I would have liked, a clock in the room (had to find my phone every time I needed to know the time) and hair conditioner (didn't bring since I assumed it would be there). Dish soap, hand soap, body wash and shower gel were available. Very thankful for a wonderful vacation and these fabulous accommodations.

Do not stay here if you value your safety or peace of mind. One night my husband was bitten by a huge cockroach while we were asleep. We did not sleep again that night and were forced to remain in this place for the rest of our trip, feeling unsafe the entire time, because the owners refused to reimburse us for the remaining unused nights. The owners are terrible. They only care about profit and take no responsibility for guests’ wellbeing. Instead of apologizing and trying to make things right (not the “sorry, BUT…” bs), the owner (Pamela) tried to put the blame on us and even attempted to gaslight us by saying maybe it wasn’t a roach at all, or that we had brought it in ourselves. Later she admitted that it was a cockroach, but kept the same attitude and still offered no solution beyond changing the sheets. On the last day of our stay we even found cockroach droppings close to the face towels in the bathroom. When I sent this to the person managing the property, she first claimed it wasn’t from a roach, then said roaches can’t climb tile, which is simply false. Again, the same tactic of denying and deflecting. This ruined our trip. The management is dishonest, irresponsible, and shows complete disregard for guests. I have other complaints about the property, but this is the main one. If you don’t want to go through the same experience, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This was the perfect place for my first solo trip! Safe, quiet neighborhood but a 5 minute drive to all the action by palm beach. My accommodation had everything I could need, bath and beach towels, refrigerator, even a kettle. Comfy bed, couch & a dining table. The host was excellent at communicating how to get to my room (there’s no reception) and I loved that you couldn’t get in the property without the key! I would highly recommend this place to solo travelers or anyone that doesn’t want to be in the mix of everything.

The off site manager, Marlon, was fantastic, made it really easy for me to settle in with personal touch of service and support, guidance and direction. I felt safe (including walking before 2:30 am to the start of the marathon line) and I had my bearings so knew to go for food options, etc.

I'd like to keep this spot a secret but the review is well earned. Thanks Marlon and staff. A great stay. Perfect location. Well-equipped kitchen. Quiet and laid back. Be careful and patient crossing the road and enjoy your time in paradise. Thanks again and be back soon.

Lovely place. 10 minute walk to the beach. Take the short cut through the grassy area. Look for 2 big rocks and follow the path. Much faster and easier. Cross the road and you will be at the side of the shopping mall. Marlon was an excellent host. She answered my questions through WhatsApp before I even arrived and responded promptly during my stay too. The place is clean, cozy and close to all the restaurants. If you want to stay in Palm Beach and dont mind a short walk to the beach this place will save you a lot of money. I liked that there was a locked gate for safety. I felt safe the entire time I was there including the walk to the beach. The only minor complaint I had was that the water for showering wasn’t as hot as I would like it. However it was good enough. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back again.
