I paid for the top floor a larger balcony through *******. I brought my reservation and concern to the front desk an it took 1/2 of my vacation to resolve. I was final moved to the room type I paid for 4 days in. Very disappointing!! I have visited Aruba every year and the first stay at the Embassy Suites. I would like someone from your company to reach out to discuss the booking situation. It was corrected until I contacted ******* and the hotel staff corrected the error. Hope that embassy suites could make it right for the 4 days I spent on the phone and in the wrong room type.
