Rated as a 5 star resort but was not upto spec We have stayed at many resorts/locations thru our holidays and this one was a real dissapointment. We booked September 2025 a 1 bedroom apartment overlooking lagoon pool. Room was so closed in and dark, its like a concrete jungle of buildings. We were outside of school holidays but the swimming pools were so crowded. Lots ants inside the room and whole resort badly needed a waterblast and clean. We were booked for 3 nights but managed to get a refund and move elsehwere. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend.
