Amazing experience. Pampered. This place has a charm of yesteryear. Large rooms. Our bed was extremely comfortable. Soft and plush. Super king. French, local & international inspiration from the warm friendly and professional staff. Relaxed and peaceful (no kids, no noise) perfect for couples or singles. Canapés @ 5pm. Brigadiers bar. Indulgent & fun. Great location opposite the ocean. Had everything we needed. One suggestion. A full length mirror in the studio room please.

The Reef House is the best places to stay in Palm Cove. From the moment I arrived to the morning of my departure I was looked after and made to feel very welcome and special by the wonderful friendly staff. Loved the adults only aspect of the hotel as it was a relaxing stay with two pools, and excellent poolside food and drink service. There was always plenty of lounges and lots of towels available. The breakfast included in my package was divine with loads of choices, including freshly squeezes juice and coffee. The wonderful Barista made excellent coffee and she always remembered my order every morning All the inclusions were amazing, an incredible seafood platter, bottle of sparking wine in fridge on arrival, canapés and punch in the evening, sorbet around the pool in the afternoons, cocktail and wine appreciation classes, spa treatments and a free hat and drink bottle. Also the excellent communication couple of days before by arrival and during was stay was appreciated, so I highly recommend The Reef House and I will definitely return next year.
