WoodSpring Suites Palm Springs – West Palm Beach

The hotel looks new, with excellent facilities, including laundry, but it needs a little more organization. The service at the front desk was very good. I hope that next time they will be a bit more organized.

Hotel had no hot water and had to shower with a cold shower. It is a suite hotel with a kitchen. The room had no utensils and the front desk had no forks, spoons, etc. TV kept going out

My stay was very pleasant. Adeline and Carryna was very professional when it comes to helping out. I would stay again.

The room was not cleaned after the previous guest, garbage everywhere on the floor, hair in the bathtub, overall terrible condition. We left right away and asked for a refund. The night manager was very accommodating and apologetic.

The most horrible rude unprofessional staff i have ever seen . The worst experience i have had . The most insulting staff who has no manner yell and double charge my credit card , invade my room many times without my permission . I m. A physician who works at the hospital JFK right next to the hotel and this nasty assistent manger attacked me twice claiming i owe them when she double charged me and over charged me . I need my money back

The room was clean and well-maintained. Some of the staff members were very courteous and helpful, while others came across as less accommodating. The kitchen was a positive feature; however, additional charges applied for renting coffee makers or kitchenware, which led us to purchase our own paper plates and plastic utensils for the week. Considering the rate paid, I believe more amenities should have been included. We primarily used the accommodation as a place to sleep, and given the price, alternatives with additional features such as a pool or other amenities might have been more suitable. The location was convenient and close to all necessary destinations. I would consider returning, but I would opt for a more affordable room, as the current offering mainly serves as a sleeping space without additional amenities.

My husband and I arrived early to the hotel after previously calling ahead and being told that early check-in would be okay. We had been traveling and were very tired, so we were hoping to get settled in. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff immediately said, “You’re early, we don’t have any rooms ready, you’ll have to wait.” We understood that rooms may not always be ready early, but the way it was communicated felt dismissive. We waited in the lobby for about two hours with no updates from the front desk. The same employee who initially spoke to us left when her shift ended without ever checking on the status of our room. When the next shift came in, the two employees at the desk were extremely unprofessional — loudly discussing their personal lives and using profanity while guests were sitting in the lobby. After waiting longer, we had to approach the desk ourselves to ask for an update and were told to wait another 45 minutes. When we finally got into our room, it was disappointing. There were no cookware or utensils, despite the room setup suggesting they should be available. There were no extra towels, the hallways had trash and dirty bedding sitting out, and the elevator stopped working during our stay. The hotel looks very nice from the outside and appears newly built, but the overall experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. You can also clearly hear other guests’ TVs and noise through the walls, which made it hard to relax.

Parking was easy. Hotel is relatively new. Rooms are clean. My overall stay was good. The elevators were out of service so the staff did try to get us a room on the first or second floor.

Out check-in was slow. The girl was having a conversation with another worker, the whole time we were trying to get checked in. Our room was near the front lobby. Everytime the door from the lobby to the rooms closed it made a loud bang. It went on into the evening make it impossible to sleep. The first day we did not have hot water in our room & the elevator was broke. The beds & linens are nice. The room had 2 bars of soap & a small shampoo. No over amenities like Kleenex or a coffee maker. It was a very basic room. We only stayed 2 nights, so it would have been nice to have a few more amenities.
