Always love staying at this hotel when we visit Palm Springs. Great staff, good crowd at the pool and bar, awesome bar tenders and just overall a wonderful time. Check out Thai smile which is only a few min walk from the hotel too, killer Thai food!

Absolutely disappointed, had I not looked at the name of the hotel behind the counter. I would have guessed I was checking into a third world hotel… absolutely NOT a Hilton property

The staff was fantastic everywhere in the hotel. Outside looks dated, but the rooms are nicely updated. Bed was very comfortable. The rooms were very clean, but there was a urine stwnch at one spot in the hallway. Workout room was small but great equipment. Nice pool area, wish it had been warmwr so we could have spent time at the poolside bar.

The hotel room is very old and dirty. Would say it is more like a 2 or 3 star hotel. The location is very close to many restaurants and shopping areas.

This hotel is really close to Downtown Palm Springs and beside the ****** so for me I really enjoy to explore downtown palm spring without driving my car

I would not stay here again with my children. I was surprised how NOT kid friendly this hotel was. We were placed on the 3rd floor, my toddler was running around in our room as toddlers do. It was 1:30 pm in the afternoon and I received a call from the front desk that we were being too loud. We had to MOVE rooms! It took almost 2 hours for the new room to be ready!!!
Then when I was willing to give the hotel another chance, I took my toddler to the gift shop where there are tons of sparkly and shiny colorful children’s toys!!! The lady working in the gift shop told my toddler not to touch anything!!!!!!
To top it off, we brought some frozen Mac and cheese for the kids to eat. I knew that there wouldn’t be a microwave in the room, as we stay in Palm Springs a lot. That’s tolerable because there’s usually a community microwave for the floor. I called the front desk because I couldn’t find the microwave and she told me I could rent one for $15.00!!
