Reviews of Hilton Palm Springs

We booked the Hilton PS last minute, as our first accommodation did not live up to its standards. The Hilton came through for us in all ways. If you’re looking for a clean hotel with a wonderful pool and vibe, this is your spot. It’s very close to downtown PS. They allowed us to sign up for their reward program, which led to one free night of parking. Be sure to include the parking fee in your budget if you stay here. We loved our stay here.

Every staff we met were polite and helpful. The exterior of the hotel looks a bit aged but the interior were well maintained and managed. Our room was very clean and nice. We are quite sure that we will be back soon!

It was the perfect location best swimming pool service specially I for got her name tell Africa America woman so nice and help full thank you so much I had dinner on the lobby. It was great too.

The experience was excellent. Attentive staff. Great rooms and the location was great!

First, I checked online and found that parking was free, but when I arrived, they told me it would cost $30 per night. Then, the hotel didn't provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, or bottled water; everything had to be purchased separately. Worst of all, the breakfast vouchers they gave us required us to sit there and order. We had planned our trip carefully, thinking it would be a buffet, and we could leave immediately afterward. But instead, we had to order, wait, and then spend 5 minutes ordering, 55 minutes waiting for our food, and 15 minutes eating breakfast. This completely changed our itinerary. We only managed to go on the cable car today, and we didn't have enough time. We had to get a refund for the other activity. This hotel is not suitable for tourists. If you really want to stay here, don't eat the hotel breakfast, or you'll be driven crazy.

The service was terrible. They said there was only one room left, even though we had one available. We checked in at 4 PM, and people were still checking in at 9 PM. How could we not get a room? For breakfast, they took advantage of my parents' lack of English, ordering a steak and a hamburger, and then ordered two steaks! The most expensive item on the menu was the steak.

The room is not small, the service is very good, the hotel is in a good location, very close to the city center. It is very convenient to go out for travel. The bus here costs one dollar and can go to several nearby towns. The Tramway cable car up the mountain is worth going

Good environment and convenient transportation

호텔은 좀 오래됐지만 침구상태나 객실컨디션은 만족했습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 창밖으로 보이는 뷰는 멋졌어요. 또 가고싶네요.
