The facilities and ambiance are really good, with a charming European decor, and the service is also excellent. I'm very satisfied with my choice. The only minor drawback is that the hotel entrance is a bit hard to find because it doesn't have a grand facade like a large hotel, just a door at the corner of the street.

Great place to stay in downtown Palm Springs. The hotel is so lovely and it has a real retro feel, with great modern bedrooms & bathrooms. Our room stepped out onto the poolside which was great.
