The location is fantastic. There are plenty of good restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance and walking is easy since the city of Palm Springs is basically flat! I parked in the hotel lot and walked everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but I knew this when I booked so no problem. They do have a small cantina type room where you can buy snacks, some sandwiches, drinks, coffee, etc and ice machines everywhere. The service was very good, all employees where helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and good sized with a large bathroom. The room location was also good, on the ground floor near the pool with a view of a parklike courtyard. The pool was large and crowded (I arrived on Saturday afternoon) and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I took a dip the next morning right after maintenance finished cleaning the pool and was the only one there, it was great! I will definitely stay again at the Palm Mountain Resort.

Everything was amazing. Location couldn’t have been any better. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. Only thing that would have made it better is breakfast offered at hotel instead of a random voucher for a place across the street but better than nothing! Will definitely recommend.

Only plus was it was close to downtown PS , so is Best Western…. A huge disappointment. Can’t believe the word spa OR resort Is in name. Staff weren’t warm or inviting. $450 a night? WHAT A JOKE! We felt completely ripped off.
Don’t waste your money or time.

Very good hotel. Loved the free Starbucks coffee in the mini-store in the morning. Not so pleased with the surprise $22 resort fee added at the time of the final bill.

We had to check out of our previous hotel at 11 and we knew check in here was at 4 but when we arrived early our room was ready! Really appreciated that and the airport shuttle. Very nice pool area with hot tub and fire pit area.

Stayed here numerous times. Very nice property near the downtown. Pool and jacuzzi area are very nice. Grounds and are top notch.

I think that when you book with ******* you get the least desirable room in the catagory booked. I booked a double pool view with private patio. One of the more expensive rooms. All I got was a view of bushes and a patio that was full of leaves, not even swept off. It seemed that I was put off in a corner. The room was dated. We had to slam the door for the door to engage in the jamb. If I knew this was the room I was getting, I would have booked a cheaper room. As I said I think because I booked through *******, I got the bottom of the barrel. Even though my room was fully paid a month before I went. I also would like to know what the resort fee was for. They also only clean the rooms every 3 days.

Very good location. Can walk to restaurants and shopping areas. Hotel has bicycles you can borrow. Room was just okay. No tub bath, only shower. One sink. But refrigerator and microwave in the room. I will come back here for location again.
