The soundproofing is terrible! Especially for rooms facing the road. Closing the window doesn't help at all; you can hear people talking downstairs clearly. Also, during cleaning, they threw away snacks we had left on the floor.

The hotel is extremely nice! The staff was super friendly, the spaces were very clean and overall the location is quite good, especially if you want to stay a bit further from the city centre

Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy. Facilities: The age of the renovation was evident; the facilities were slightly outdated but functional. Breakfast was good. The room faced the street, but soundproofing was average. There was a simple gym. Environment: Convenient location, within walking distance of the old town. Many restaurants downstairs, and very close to the port. Service: The staff were very friendly and helped me call a car upon check-out.

The hotel is good... There is mint water in the lobby and lavender sachets are given at night... The location is also OK

This was about the fourth time I've been there in the last 10 years. It will also be the last time! We arrived at the hotel a little earlier than the stated check-in time of 3 p.m. Despite asking if it was possible to check into the room earlier, I was immediately denied this without even asking if the room was ready. The reception then offered to call me when the room was ready. I'm still waiting for the phone...!!! CHECK-IN HERE IS BASICALLY AFTER 3 p.m.! The increased traffic in recent years makes sleeping in impossible. After 6 a.m., sleep is out of the question, even on weekends. The hotel bar also closes at 10 p.m. on Saturday evenings. This in a "supposedly" 4* hotel. There are a few more things I would like to mention during my four-day stay. However, my time is now too precious to continue writing for this hotel.

This hotel is very noisy, no matter what room you stay in, because the floor is only about 4-5 floors high. It is right next to the road, people here like to ride motorcycles, and there are a lot of cars and buses. The hotel breakfast is very small, and the donuts were not thawed after taking a bite.

Very good. The staff were very welcoming. The hotel had a small balcony, which was exactly what I expected. The location was okay; it was a bit of a walk to the old town, but the distance was acceptable. There was a bus stop right outside.

It's not the first time I've come here and I find the best price and great service from the staff.

The house is clean and in a good location. There is a bus stop one minute away, which is very convenient to the main tourist areas in the city. The sound insulation of the street-facing windows is average, and the sound of traffic at night affects sleep.

The environment is good and the location is good! There are many restaurants around. Compared with the accommodation in the old city, the facilities are newer. There is a taxi pick-up point at the door of the hotel, which is very convenient. If there is no car at the door, you can ask the front desk to help call a taxi.

地理位置不錯，旁邊兩分鐘就有公交車站，酒店對面有餐廳 隔音太差了，真的是太差了，沒有睡過一次好覺，馬略卡的人晚上還喜歡開摩託車炸街，特別特別吵，真的聽得一清二楚，需要戴降噪耳機入睡，而且帶了降噪耳機還能十分清楚聽到外面的車聲，不按喇叭的那種，汽車開過的聲音 衹推薦住一晚當中轉點，太吵了 但海真的太好看了
