Palacio Can Marqués

After arriving at the Puro Grand hotel in Palma old town for a celebratory 30th birthday with our son few days, we were sadly met with unforeseen works being carried out, lots of noise and no running water. HOWEVER…. the manager and her team quickly stepped in and moved us to the Palacio Can Marquès, part of the Puro group. I cannot thank her enough! What could have been an awful experience, turned out to be one we will truly never forget! We were allocated a beautiful suite, complete with Prosecco and a lovely card apologising for the rocky start. Luciano on front desk took care of every detail, even recommending the Puro Beach Club for a day. We booked this and upon arrival found he’d also arranged for a complimentary upgrade at the resort for us. Again, this was a day we will never forget. Thank you to the lovely manager whose shoulder I lent on when I thought things had gone terribly wrong and who went out of her way to put things right and to Luciano and the staff. Luciano, you are a star and huge credit to the hotel! James won’t forget his birthday, the champagne and cake, the card and above all, your care, genuine kindness and attention to detail. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

Spent a couple of days at this beautiful hotel ideally located in the heart of Palma and everything it has to offer within a few minutes walk. Historical and stunning features in the hotel, fabulous staff, and breakfast taken in the courtyard was idyllic., we will return - thank you so much for looking after us!

Exceptional service at this wonderful hotel. Perfect location, beautiful room (we were in Romance room). Great location so close to the marinas, the city centre, cathedral etc. Truly a wonderful experience.

We had a marvelous time staying in this beautiful hotel. the staff were brilliant, kind, courteous and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more. Best bathroom ever with loads of space to put everything.

Wonderful place .Exeter well located in the center on Palma . Very safe . Room was breathtaking. Food was very good . The decor and standard impeccable. I would recommend this hotel highly . Also it has spa facilities

The location could not be better, the hotel itself was a wonderful historic building brought up to date for C21st traveller needs - all set in lush inner gardens - but what made this a truly five star experience was the hotel staff - Luciano, Meriem, Stefania, to name but a few - who were highly attentive without being obtrusive. Absolutely perfect in the way they interacted not only with us, but with other guests. To sum up, hotel very, very good. Made excellent by truly five-star staff who were clearly focussed on their guests' experience.
