Very good hotel with everything you need. Location in front of the beatiful beach, good transportatin to old city centre. Breakfast has a plenty of choise, cleanliness and friendly atmosphere at reception desk.

It was a pleasure. Very comfortable. Fantastic experience. Food in that place is magnificient. The Staff very helpful. Room is Big enough for the couple. The view from The balcony is breathtaking. We'll See You in the future !

HORRIBLY uncomfortable beds, paper thin walls, and inedible breakfast. The facilities in general were worn out and in need of attention/updates. The beach access was excellent and proximity to shops and restaurants was very convenient.

Room in high floor has very good view. Short to take bus or taxi to Palma, 4-5km. We have breakfast at the hotel and food was ok. We got no bottle of water every day to the room this time, even not after to ask for it. We have the most expensive room.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and on the first day we highlighted a number of issues with our room to reception. The lock on the balcony door was broken, the air conditioning wasn’t working and the fridge in the room wasn’t working (was turned on but didn’t cook anything). We were told the doors had to be closed for air con to work, we had the doors closed so We were told maintenance would come look at the issues. We had to call reception twice as no one had called to the room. As we were leaving for dinner, maintenance arrived, the guy was carrying a fridge. So we headed out and left him to it. When we came back that night, the lock on the door to the balcony had been fixed but the air con wasn’t working. The heat in the room was awful. We went down to reception but was told there was nothing she could do until the morning. She gave us a fan that they were using on reception, it was filthy dirty and didn’t cool the room at all. We did not sleep our first night there as the room was too hot. The fridge was not fixed and was not replaced with the one maintenance brought. The next morning we went to reception again over the issues and said we expect compensation for our first nights stay as we didn’t sleep. We were told they would speak to a manager. And Was told again they’d send someone up to the room to look after the issues. We insisted on moving rooms. The air con in the next room was slightly better but still did not cool the room. The fridge in the new room also did not cool anything down. We asked for ice at the bar and was told no, would only give us 1 cup of ice, even though their fridges don’t cool anything. I don’t know if it’s because the air con system in the hotel is rubbish and needs updating or if they’re being cheap and not turning up the air con centrally but it made the rooms really uncomfortable. We went back to reception a couple of times to check if the manager was there or if they had spoken to a manager and was told no. Terrible customer service, we had to suggest a room move and offered no compensation for our first night. Nice location near beach, that’s about it.

Lovely, spacious, modern and clean room which was cleaned every day. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Friendly staff. Excellent location right next to the beach with plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. Lovely, quiet hotel for a nice relaxing holiday. Good gym with a great choice of equipment and gym classes. The only negative was that the outside of the hotel could be improved (I.e. Needs some fresh paint and balconies need updating), but overall very nice! Would recommend.

They claim it is Adults Only on the reservation but then at the hotel they explain that their other two properties are adult only, but this one is open to families. There were screaming children at 11:30-12pm waking us up. They are overlapping their 3 hotels that are situated next to each other to present themselves how they want but reality is different upon arrival.
