The room door and windows are not anti-noise，I cannot fell asleep in this hotel because of the noise. The air-conditioning is also not in good use，I caught heavy cold after I live here for five days.

Nice and clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean but lack basic amenities such as water glasses but the price makes up for it. Overall fairly priced and free parking. If staying there I recommend renting or coming by car since it is situated on a hill.

The transportation is very convenient. The balcony has a beautiful view.

We had a small family reunion in this wonderful hotel. Simply can't praise the staff enough, from efficient and friendly reception staff,to the staff at the snack bar as well as house keeping. The rooms and facilities are spotlessly clean and all provisions for our comfort were met. For those of us who had the breakfast thought it was of high standards. The location of the hotel was excellent with a bus stop close by for trips to central Palma, or a quick downhill walk to Porto Pi commercial centre. Thank you Agusta for such a wonderful stay. You are all amazing.

Breakfast is good, the conditions should not be compared with the domestic four stars. Mid-Levels Hotel, you can take a taxi, study it beforehand, and have fun together. Lines 46 and 3 are nearby, ask the location of the front station. To the city 1.5 euros.
