Lovely, chic, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good base to explore Palma. Some things could be improved - photos make pool look bigger (it is tiny! More a plunge pool than swimming pool) and the downstairs courtyard looks to be a guest area but is actually part of the restaurant so you don't feel as free to use it for your own snacks and drinks. Rooftop bar didn't seem to be open. But overall lovely rooms and I would stay again

From the airport its handy accessible. Facilities are spotless staffs are helpful and accommodating.Foods are reasonably price and water supply are fantastic a choices of mineral and sparkling .Room rates are good value.

It was wonderful, the service was unbeatable. We arrived late after a concert and they invited us to a glass of cava, which was a lovely surprise and really made a difference. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean – an incredible 10/10 for cleanliness. The area is central, yet we couldn't hear any noise in the rooms. The breakfast was amazing; we couldn't even finish everything they put out. We will definitely be back. It was a place with special charm; all I can say is we'll return.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and had such a great time. Service is impeccable, we were greeted by Luiza (apologies if this isnt the right spelling) who was the loveliest host. She gave us great recommandations as well as a glass of prosecco. The rest of the staff throughout our stay was also very welcoming. The room is clean and the bathroom is very spacious. It's located a short walk (10-15) from the centre and we were able to do everything by foot. The pool is small but very quiet and has a large seating area.

This was my last accommodation in Mallorca, and I was very pleased with how friendly the lobby staff were. The place was also very clean, which I appreciated.
