Had lunch in the atrium of the hotel with lovely water feature in the centre. Burger was amazing as you get two mini burgers of high quality. Have the chicken Milanese if you are hungry as portion is massive 😀. Food very fresh and adaptable , staff happy to swap cheese for mushrooms.

What a lovely hotel stay - sadly we were only there one night. The receptionist who met us was really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was well designed and had everything you could need. A very personal service from a hotel chain in a busy city - that's not easy to find. Would definitely stay again or at one of their other hotels

Went several times for drinks. Lovely place, great position by the beach but boy do you pay for it. Some of the prices are shocking.Most of the servers are delightful, but one or two others could to with some guidance, shall we say. Why did we keep going back? We were staying in the hotel next door.

We decided to visit this place on a day trip into Palma, as it looked so inviting, having a table outside in the sun for an aperitivo. This was a very disappointing experience indeed. The staff were arrogant and not welcoming at all. I had to wait for a drinks menu to be brought to the table, despite getting up and asking for one! The service was disgusting, especially the attitude of the staff and the bill for two drinks was more than what was printed in the menu. When challenged about this, a member of staff replied, sorry I have only been here 2 weeks! It might be classed as a 5 star hotel but definitely not on the service or the way you are treated! This was not a pleasurable experience at all and sadly this place is memorable for all the wrong reasons. I think it is just a 5 star venue based on its location in Palma and nothing else.

Eat extensively at Cappucino outlets in Palma. The service at all of them was excellent, apart from the Hotel Cappucino. The waiting staff are rude and unhelpful, thinking that because they work somewhere expensive, they do not need to bother giving decent service. The staff need extensive hospitality training. The only restaurant where I have never given a tip, and we will not be going back. Go to the other Cappuccinos in Palma.

Great food-zero customer service! This was the second time we’ve visited this restaurant and on both occasions the food was great, but service was rubbish. Service is very practical and functional, but no customer service around whether we may want an extra drink or a dessert, etc. We left earlier than we expected as the service was just too much like hard work. It was even a struggle to pay the bill! We won’t be going back!

Location is city centre with corresponding noise levels at busy times. Acceptable but if quiet is required not suitable. Terrace and pool insignificant.Food simple and extremely well prepared.Service and staff above 5 star average.

Too many problems. Not isolated rooms. triple payment requirment at entrance TV does not work. Pool ONLY 8 sq meter. Noise and noise. Very expensive. After many troubles during my stay they offered me by mail, 1 night free stay and my reply was '' thank you no need another torture''. Perviz ARAN
