Puro Grand Hotel

I've never experienced a room downgrade in my whole life. I was offered a completely different room from the room I reserved. The room was in the semi-basement and the bathroom was in the basement. But there is no information about that. The room's air is murky, there is no light at all, and the windows cannot be opened. Puro hotel is cheating on the customers literally. It's my first time writing a complaint. I paid over 300 euros and ruined my honeymoon. It was the worst experience of my life and this is 100% true story.

Beautiful traditional hotel with modern touches located in the centre of Palma. Friendly warm welcome on arrival and held our luggage until check-in. Room was spacious and clean. Double sink and shower. Robes and slippers provided. Little touches such as chocolates left on pillows on an evening. A little gift of tribal bracelet. Breakfast was delicious, something for everyone. Variety of egg dishes to order. Variety of pastries, fruit, cheeses and small selection of hot items. Also every now and then they would bring items freshly made to tables. Cinnamon pancakes and cream were delicious Staff were chatty and friendly. Beautiful scented candles. ️ Quiet room (Mediterranean room 14) comfortable bed and pillows.

An excellent hotel with a very unique ambiance. The location is perfect from discovering the old town. The rooms are large and light with all the facilities you need. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of choices; plus an à la carte choice. The food in the restaurant is also of a very high standard and quality. Overall, a very high standard of hospitality with the staff happy to go the extra mile for their guests in order, for them to have a positive experience

Stayed at the Puro Grand for our 20th wedding anniversary. We booked a standard room however upgraded at no extra charge and had a bottle of cava in the room on arrival. We arrived early due to early flight, On arrival we had a glass of cava sat in the courtyard, they took our cases and they said that they would message once the room was ready. We left and explored Palma and within an hour the room was ready. We had a superking bed which was extremely comfortable and a view which overlooked a old cobble side street which was quiet at night. Bathroom was a good size with a lovely large shower with rainfall shower head. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided which was off of lovely quality. Breakfast was one of the nicest breakfasts we have had in a hotel. Bowl of fruit provided each and choice of small buffet but also a la carte options. We tried the scrambled eggs and poached eggs off the menu - both lovely The home made granola was a hit with both of us. Close to local restaurants and bars and only a 5-15 walk to shops which are quite spread across the city. Would also recommend a trip Soller on the train whilst in Palma. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you were a couple of small group of adults.

We stayed at the Puro Grand Hotel for seven nights and we really enjoyed our time there. Even before we set off we were in touch with the hotel concierge Elena to arrange transfers. Elena proved to be friendly, helpful and very efficient, as were the the rest of the staff particularly Melanie and Chloe on reception. The amenities were excellent for a small boutique hotel. The restaurant provided high quality breakfast and dinner. The roof terrace was calm and relaxing and the spa was first rate. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the WiFi was reliable. The hotel is somewhat quirky but is full of character and for a city centre hotel remarkably quiet. We can’t wait to return.

Our stay was amazing, and the staff was wonderful. Alex, in particular, provided exceptional service during dinner.

Great location, although in the city centre near restaurants and shops, this hotel was quiet and calm, with helpful friendly staff. Rooms were very clean with amazing facilities. Definitely go back to stay next year. Liverpool ladies.
