Great hotel wonderful experience from the moment we arrived very friendly informative staff Ahmed always acknowledged you every time he saw you so pleasant . Our suite on the 6th floor was amazing with excellent sea view right to Torranova fabulous at night too wonderful with massive balcony to sit out. And enjoy the view the most amazing bathroom food was excellent and a special mention for Simone at the snack bar what a happy guy he brought snacks round his crepes were delicious nothing too much trouble he is an absolute credit to the hotel which was immaculate and the lifts were so quick never had to wait. The roof top pool was fabulous with very comfy sunloungers and jose making the best moitos and fabulous music at the pools. The Tropico beach bar is not included as we knew before we went but great prices as you get a discount lovely staff we went in most nights . The manager was very visible day and night there would never be any trouble speaking to her if you needed too we didn't have any issue my only comment would be people can smoke everywhere and this isnt nice there should be designated areas not by the pools or snack bar this was the only thing that let it down otherwise it would be 5* would definitely return but don't seem able to book for next year even on their own web page will keep trying

Newly refurbished in the best location Rooms and public spaces are spotless if a little soulless…the hotel has yet to discover its personality but I’m sure that will come over time Food was lovely and the restaurant staff were on top of everything..very smooth service No problem getting a sunbed The all inclusive bar was decent on the whole but the beer wasn’t great…not much in the way of entertainment of a night which would again add a bit of atmosphere No English tv channels but they are smart tellys so an Amazon stick will be in the suitcase for next time…. On the whole a really nice hotel that just needs to find itself Would definitely return

Had a brilliant stay here at Tropico Playa at the beginning of August. Staff are friendly especially Ahmed on reception who always said hello and Thomas doing aqua aerobics and the bingo quiz(he was so entertaining and had many nationalities to deal with). Restaurant and bar staff worked hard and restaurant and rooms lovely and clean. Plenty of food and drink all day, my sons loved the pizza especially. Some nights were slightly themed like Mexican and Chinese but there was always other choices too. Maybe the cold meats, cheese and salad could be covered as I saw an occasional fly. Pool area was great, no issues with sun beds. Pool noodles and balls were bought out at times, one day this led to a mass pool dodgeball game which my 15 years loved. Only disappointment is that it closed at 6pm, during high season with the heat it would be nice to stay open later. Music was played at the right level. Entertainment is slightly lacking, I would say this hotel isn’t aimed at younger children. My teenagers played darts but there could be more things arranged. Suggested a pool Table in the pool bar area, doesn’t have to be live entertainment although I’m sure this would be appreciated. We had 2 rooms and both did not have working safes. We did report but it wasn’t fixed so had to hold of passports. Hotel is across the road from the beach, sometimes after eating in the air conditioned restaurant we would sit out the front and watch the world go by, evenings spent at the pool bar. Went up to look at the roof terrace area, view was amazing but we didn’t stay as it was so hot in the August heat . Despite any issues we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

Lovely experience, unlimited drinks, food, and sea entertainment. More of kids activities required. After dinner live music and other entertainment should be included everyday. Hospitality of the staffs is amazing. Perfect holiday.

Perfect meals in all inclusive. Rooms are new staff included. Very nice hotel. All crew were very sympatics and opened for help all time. In special case I would like to make big thank you Claudia from Reception for her excellent job and her support all time what we asked for. Thank you very much Claudia. Little minus is no lift in building 3 where are aproximatelly 12 rooms (this I think is not possible to solve). Roof top swimming pool opened only for adults all time. Family with children doesnt have any chance to visit it. Possible solution which we saw in another hotel is limit time during AM for childrens included. For example 10AM-1PM possible visit all and 1PM -6PM only adults. The sea is across street and very large and clean. Our visit was in August24 and was more silent than in El Arenal for example. We like Palmanova :)

Currently staying here now and it’s been a brilliant stay. The staff are all so friendly especially Ahmed on reception. We have a two bed room on the 6th floor which was unexpected. It’s spacious with a huge balcony and gorgeous sea views! It’s always cleaned very well. There is a huge choice of AI drinks including cocktails in large cups instead of the usual pitiful cups provided at AI hotels. Beer and soft drinks are self serve so never any bar queues! The pool opens at 10am which means the door is locked before then. This is a brilliant idea and means you don’t have to get up at 7am to queue for sunbeds! It’s 12pm and there are still plenty available and more upstairs in the adults pool area. There isn’t a kids club or designated entertainment team however I don’t think it’s needed. My kids are 9 and 11 and have found enough entertainment in the pool area where staff supply balls, floats etc. You are literally on the beach and in the centre of Palma nova with rides, trampolines etc. The food is good, there isn’t a huge amount of choice however the hotel isn’t huge and it’s nice to see masses of food not being wasted. Everything is clearly labelled. There is a late breakfast served by the pool then lunch before crepes are freshly made around 4pm. The chefs also come around the pool area with appetisers which is a lovely touch! There isn’t really any evening entertainment which again hasn’t bothered us but maybe something for the hotel to look at next season. We have been having our evening meal then heading to a lovely bar on the beach where the kids play in the sand then we sit by the pool later on at night. Western water park is 5mins in a taxi and well worth a visit. Overall the hotel is excellent, def worth 4 stars and it’s been a lovely relaxing stay!

The hotel has been refurbished and has just reopened, it is modern and kept spotlessly clean at all times. A man spends ages every morning cleaning pool and pool area. Toilets by pool always clean and tidy. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed. Breakfast Very Good every day and so was Lunch. Most Evening Dinner’s were Good a couple Excellent. Not really a Hotel for Children as didn’t see any child facilities apart from the Pool. No child entertainment. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Loved this hotel. Recently re-opened and the early reviews nearly put us off, but I'm so glad we booked it anyway. The location is perfect if you like lovely sea views, right on the little Palma Nova '*****', in a resort that's got plenty going on but not in a Magaluf way (which is only 3km away and the buses go frequently if that is your thing) - set just on the other side of the road from the lovely beach, and amongst lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We thought the food was fantastic - plentiful and lovely and lots of perfectly ripe fruit always available, brilliant cooked breakfast options and choices, variety of dishes at all meals, constantly refilled, and then in addition to that there were snacks at the bar most of the day. Pool bar staff were particularly good, very efficient and friendly and every so often even came around with trays of snacks or drinks. We were there the first week of July so probably not the busiest but there were always sunbeds free, we never had to queue for the bar or a table in the restaurant. Rooftop pool has a view to die for (and a small bar and cushioned sunbeds), but even from the terrace in front of the restaurant at the front of the hotel you have a lovely view of the sea. Everything everywhere is very clean and smart as I think its just been refurbished. Its very much a hotel that has all inclusive as an option rather than being a resort in itself, so depends what you are looking for, but it sits in a resort with lots to do and a stunning beach, and Palma is easy to get to by public bus or taxi. I would have given it 5 stars other than... 1. our AC never worked properly all week, even though we reported it multiple times. Someone would come and look at it, agree it wasn't working, say someone will be in tomorrow to fix it, then that wouldn't happen. Once someone did come and actually replaced the unit in the room and it still didn't work, so they hadn't figured out the problem. (loo stopped flushing one day, and that was very quickly fixed when we reported it to reception though.) 2. because of our flight times we arrived after dinner was finished and left before breakfast opened, and on both arrival and departure the reception staff told us there would be some food for us in the restaurant, but the restaurant was closed and wouldn't serve us anything either time, so they need to get the story straight one way or another between reception and restaurant staff!, 3. the all-inclusive wine was pretty rough (but I guess it usually is in an all inclusive hotel) and there were only 4 cocktails as part of the all inclusive deal (though they were very nice!... mojito, caparinha, tequila sunrise, pina colada). Probably the AC was just our room though, and the rest is only very minor niggles, overall we loved this hotel and the resort and definitely hope to return one day soon! Thank you very much!

Palia Tropico is a fantastic hotel located in Palmanova, right in front of the beach, with beautiful rooms that make for a comfortable stay. The food is quite good for an all-inclusive experience, though after a week, the options tend to repeat. We especially want to thank Ahmed for his incredible hospitality and support throughout our stay—he is truly an outstanding asset to the hotel. I will definitely return with my partner. Thank you so much!

Nicely renovated . Room/view lovely . Location great . Really clean . Pool area great for older people like us Not enjoying food due to it being lukewarm at best, even when restaurant has just opened . Disappointing. Deserts very limited mostly choc cake and icecream needs more choice . Flies in restaurant awful you cant relax as there are loads Drinks good , help yourself soft drinks / coffee etc Kettle and fridge in bedroom 2 herbal tea bags 2 coffee pods . Glad i brought some english tea bags It wont spoil our holiday but needs sorting to make it better

Wonderful stay! Nothing bad to say about this place. Special shoutout to our new friend Jordi, the pool entertainer, he made our stay very enjoyable and is a great addition to this hotel! Food was lovely. Staff are very polite. All in all, an amazing stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel Palia Tropico offers an exceptional experience, perfectly located right across from a stunning beach and surrounded by a lively street full of shops. The convenience of having everything at your fingertips truly enhances the stay. From the moment you arrive, the warm welcome sets the tone for a fantastic vacation. The sunrise and sunset are amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly, and a special mention for Ahmed, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He was always available when we needed assistance and was a pleasure to chat with, offering great recommendations that really enriched our time there. We will recommend this hotel to family and friends, and unquestionably we will be baack.

Only half way through our stay but then hotel and staff have been stunning. Jordi the pool entertainer is hilarious and a great credit to the hotel - aqua aerobics is funny and has games on throughout the morning to win a bottle of wine. So big thanks to him for making our staying even more fun!

We visited in October for a couples week, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Jordi is a great entertainer, the aqua aerobics is a load of fun. We joined in once and carried on throughout the holiday, he has games on everyday to win a bottle of bubbly which is always a bonus! Great credit to the hotel.. thank you for making the holiday fun Jordi!
