In this season, it is relatively deserted and the hotel is a bit old. There are only a few parking spaces at the back and there is no charge. The room was very old and the water in the bathroom was blocked and blocked, causing a lot of water to flow into the room. Water leaked from the shower head, and the breakfast was average. But the location is very good. There is a beach just outside the hotel and you can watch the sunrise. This is also considered a small city. It's okay to go to the city, almost 20 minutes. The hotel lobby is quite beautiful, with a transparent swimming pool above it. The water was too cold and I didn’t get into it.

I recently stayed at Fergus Style Hotel for a big milestone birthday. Unfortunately, the way the hotel presents itself on ******* was very different from the reality. I had chosen this hotel specifically for my birthday and was looking forward to a great stay. I used to live in Mallorca for over six years and left the island a few years ago, but I still visit every year. Based on the images and descriptions, I expected a relaxing, well-run hotel in a good location. I had been to the hotel´s bar and cafe area and reception lobby previously, though had never actually stayed there before. I paid a premium price for my two-night stay but was left deeply disappointed by the experience, primarily due to extremely poor hotel design, serious safety hazards, and very poor customer service. Extremely Badly Designed Hotel With Many Serious Safety Issues From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel had been very badly designed. The layout and architecture are confusing, inconvenient, and outright unsafe. For example, the entire reception area is like an island surrounded by steps — there is no step-free way to access the reception desk. This means guests with heavy luggage, mobility issues, or even just regular guests must navigate steps to check in or out. When I tried to ask if they could hold my luggage on checkout, I found there was no way to get my suitcases near reception without carrying them around a very difficult path with steps and ramps that are poorly maintained and hazardous. The hotel also uses cheap wooden slats to divide the balconies of different rooms, which have huge gaps between them so you can see through and be seen easily. The balconies themselves are very tiny, offering little privacy or space. The windowsill of my room was in poor condition and clearly not well maintained. Breakfast/Restaurant Area The breakfast area is also problematic: the enormous furniture is not suitable for the size of the room and creates a very cramped environment. At the section where you can take bread and toast it, I witnessed a man holding a large, long bread knife moving around in such a cramped space that he could have easily hit me or another guest nearby with the knife. This is a clear safety hazard and a sign that the breakfast layout needs urgent reconsideration. The door to the breakfast room is a fire door which is often closed because of a wind tunnel effect in that corridor. This means that when you come to breakfast and are about to push the door open, you can find people trying to come out through the same door at exactly the same time, since you cannot see each other through the door and this is what happened to me and others. Injury A particularly serious safety issue was the heavy lamp that was hanging dangerously low over the bedside table and the phone in my room. The lamp appeared to be made of heavy ceramic or possibly stone, and it was positioned so low that I hit my head on it twice — and I am only just over five fe

Had to be moved due to lots ants in room , the reception guy tried telling us it’s normal this time of year , pathetic . Anyway we were moved asap. The hotel is loverly and very clean and modern . The pool area was basic and the pool is only 4ft deep . We had a swim up pool to our room and found this to be very beneficial due to the high heats. The room air on was poor and not enough for us to. Once again the guy on reception said it’s normal . NO it is not !! We found the beds hard and only 1 pillow uncomfortable . The breakfast is really loverly , fresh clean and tasty . The staff are not smiley and we didn’t get a smile all week . However , we just carried on . We had a great time the beach is across the road . We do prefer closer to maga really but we still had a great time we got the bus to maga. Too hot to walk . All in all we would return if we had a bargain .

The Fergus Style Palma Nova is a marvellous hotel, the rooms are extremely comfortable and clean, the swim up rooms are excellent and highly recommended, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, they always have a time to talk with you. The food at the buffet has a wide range of options that will suit any taste and is delicious. The location of the hotel can’t be beat as you only have to cross the street and you’re on the beach. It’s a 10 out of 10 for me.

Excellent hotel. Location is perfect. Just cross the road and you’re on the beach. Bus stop close by, cheap and easy to use to get to the nearby port or 20-30 mins to Palma. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops/mini-supermarkets close by or a short walk away. Everyone at this hotel was polite, friendly and helpful. Fluent in English. Brilliant choice every morning for breakfast; hot/cold buffet, omelets/ eggs made as requested.

What can we say apart from fabulous Absolutely lovely place to be based and we definitely will be back. It’s clean, trendy and the staff make the place feel like a home from home Would have been better with a warm pool but you can’t have everything

I had an incredible stay at the Fergus Style Palmanova. The hotel is located along the Palmanova strip; it sits across from the beach and is next to several restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Everything about the hotel was spot on: the friendly, kind-hearted staff, clean and spacious modern rooms, tasty breakfast buffet, and great amenities. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It checks all the boxes and more! I cannot wait to come back!

Great trip Beds & pillows are very comfy Reception staff were amazing from check in to check out. Late check out was requested it was not a problem. Will definitely stay again. Location of the Hotel is also great. Direct beach access. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

This hotel is spot on for everything … friendliness,location, amenities. It was like walking into a relaxation hub, the reception through to the rooms we couldn’t fault it. Breakfast was fresh and had something for everyone. Service was always with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. It was a 30 minute bus journey (pay on your card it’s cheaper nearly half the price than euros) to arrive and find it was literally on the sea front and in amongst some shops, eateries and beach walks. This time of year there isn’t much open in the surrounding areas but we felt we didn’t need to go as the shops here were friendly and no pressures to buy. This hotel was lovely and we will definitely be coming back or use the fergus hotel chain again. Even though it is a chain it had a family feel touch. We had a spa and that was amazing a little on the pricey side but as we came for relaxation it was well worth it. Even though the hotel is on the front it is very quiet. Also we were by the lift and never heard it so don’t worry about noise it was very relaxing.

Very nice short stay at this hotel. It’s location is very good with a 5 second walk to beach, breakfast there was lots of options and they even served white and rose wine with it which I’ve not seen before Rooms spacious and light- only downside was the air conditioning, I had it on lowest setting and was still hot so slept with the back door open. Early march meant too cold for swimming but pools looked very nice too. Total cost was £80 including breakfast

This little hotel is a hidden gem,everyone is so friendly & hospitable. From the front desk to the Restuarant where a wide spread is served every morning for breakfast. They make you feel at home & try to help you where they can. Without it coming across like a chore. I would like to mention the front desk Aga,Alejandro,Mario & Maria. They welcome you with a smile & definitely make you realise on arrival that you now on holiday. Then at breakfast Anouk & Gloria make sure you walk out with a full tummy & a smile. I can definitely recommend this lovely hotel & will surely return. Locations also perfect!

We stayed here for my partner’s 60th birthday celebration, and it was absolutely perfect. We had visited this hotel five years ago and loved it then — and it’s just as wonderful now. Our room had its own balcony and private terrace with a sea view, plus a jacuzzi — it was pure luxury. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily. One day, we returned from the beach to find a complimentary bottle of Prosecco waiting for us — such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of food to choose from. We even chose to have dinner at the hotel, which was just €25 per person — and honestly better than any of the restaurants along the street. The chefs prepared fresh fish, chicken, or steak right in front of us, and the desserts were spectacular, both in taste and presentation. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. A special mention goes to Roberto, the restaurant manager, who took excellent care of us — he was just the best. We spent most of our time relaxing in the jacuzzi and soaking up the view. We wish we were still there and will definitely be back soon!

We visited this hotel from 4th July for 3 nights, we booked a double room. We arrived around 7pm first impression was hotel is beautiful very clean and smelt beautiful. We were given our room key by a very miserable receptionist she was the only one we found miserable all of the others were very lovely. Went to our room 105 what I can only describe as a pokey hole. The room was tiny it didn’t even have the capacity to store more than one person clothes for 3 nights. You couldn’t open fridge properly because it hit off bed I’ve never seen a room as small. We always stay in 4 and mainly 5 star hotels but as this was for 3 nights and we visit Palma nova/portals regularly we thought it would be perfect. The room lead onto a decking which was directly to pool, to then find the door lock was broke, also I’m only 5ft 2 and to get back into the room from the terrace I had to bend down. I went to reception to tell her about the lock and check if we had been given the correct room thinking it must be a single occupancy. The room was correct, The receptionist was hesitant to believe the door lock was broke she came up to check and said someone would be out in the morning. To cut a long story short we weren’t happy with this as our room lead directly to pool which had access to Main Street. We did have a safe but very small too small to fit laptops etc in and we had very expensive shoes and clothes in the room. We asked to change rooms and after the receptionist spoke to the hotel manager who wouldn’t speak to us directly, informed us they had not other rooms left unless we upgraded or we could get a refund, but we would be charged for that first night even know our room wasn’t safe. All I can say is it was disgraceful customer service they did not care one bit, the engineer did come the next morning at 10 am and fixed it and when we got back to our room in the afternoon there was a plate of fruit which we could have got free from breakfast and a bottle of wine. So be careful what you book here, none of the pictures show these tiny rooms and the customer care is shocking! Really spoilt our first evening trying to sort it out and we were only there 3 days. We deliberately avoided spending any time at the hotel at all apart from the breakfast which was average.
