No microwave, smells good, same room with Hampton Inn, you have to pay plus 45 USD for resort service

Be aware of $25 a night parking fee. Only thing I disliked about property. Also be aware of bill from *******. It had resort fees on there but further down stated resorts fees were due at property. Ended up paying $300 extra I between resort fees and parking. Book spa well before visiting. They had nothing available once I was there. Staff was great, pool was good and restaurants were great as well

Amazing property. Extremely clean, everything felt brand new. The beach club is the best part of the stay! Very relaxing, quiet place to stay. The staff greeted us every time we left in the morning and when we would come back later in the day. I especially appreciated that the elevators had a nice security touch and you cannot click your room floor unless you scan your guest key card. Loved that! Highly recommend this property.

Staff was amazing and very helpful and personable. They are lacking much signage to help you know where the Social Restaurant was or who to see for seating. There was a couple that was trying to go up the elevator who wanted to go to the restaurant upstairs and seemed confused, because there was no signage explaining how to get to it. Everything else was amazing and I would stay there again.

We’ll maintain, the front desk could do a better in explaining their services but other staff are very nice and professional example, staff Gizelle at the bar area was creative and innovates when challenges in their service are presented and comes up with suggestions and alternatives. Keep up the great work! THANK YOU!

Nice pools and restaurant.Hotel is in great shape. Friendly employees. The $25 to park brings it down 2 stars. Come on $25 to park in palmetto!! Kind of felt ripped off.

Very friendly staff made the check in process very easy. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Will stay again!

The ******* listing said “pay at property,” but I was charged through ******* and then charged again by the hotel for the stay. On top of that, there were several hidden fees that were never clearly disclosed. The hotel charged $25 per day for parking in an almost empty lot, plus extra amenity fees for basic features that should already be included. The pools and other amenities were nothing special and did not justify the added cost. The food was overpriced for the quality, and I even found a bug in my room. Overall, the experience felt misleading and far more expensive than expected. Travelers should be aware of the extra charges before booking.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s very expensive for what you actually get, especially with all the hidden fees. They charge daily for self-parking in an open lot (with plenty of space), and many amenities come with extra costs that aren’t worth it. The location is inconvenient—far from the beach and most activities. The hotel itself feels plain and not at all like a 5-star experience. The rooftop was mostly closed during my stay, yet you’re still paying for it as part of the amenities. The “clubhouse” is basic (two pools and courts you likely won’t use), the bar is just okay with unfriendly staff, and the food—especially breakfast—is overpriced and underwhelming. Cleanliness and service were disappointing. I found a bug in my room, and the staff didn’t seem to care. I also had to request housekeeping daily, which should be standard.
