The hotel and room were excellent, unlike typical American hotels. It was on par with Chinese hotels, which left me with a great impression of Silicon Valley.

Half a month later, I stayed here for another week due to business nearby. Overall, it was good, but this time I felt the room's cleanliness upon check-in was slightly worse than last time. Still, it was generally good. Most of the staff were also warm and friendly, although a few were a bit indifferent. The location is indeed great with many restaurants nearby.

Excellent environment! A fantastic experience, definitely my top choice for multiple stays.

Clean, tidy, and excellent service.

Cleanliness: Excellent Elegant environment with full amenities.

Absolutely loved this hotel!

The hotel service was good; the bed was always made clean when I returned from my trips. It's located on a main street with plenty of restaurants.

Overall, the hotel facilities are acceptable, but one thing to note is that this hotel doesn't offer bottled drinking water, only chilled lemonade, which is quite strange.

Located in the heart of Palo Alto
