Hotel Sahin

The location of the hostel is very good. You can walk from the hotel to enter Pamukkale, and if you wake up early in the breakfast, you can eat and enjoy the rising Burunds with the scenery of Pamukkale. There are many good restaurants nearby, and it is fun to find delicious restaurants right after check-in. The room I booked was a bit narrow in size, but it was not inconvenient to stay because it had everything you needed. There was a swimming pool inside the hostel, but the weather was cold and there was no one to use when we went. I think I used it if I went on a trip in the summer. The inconvenience is that you have to check in/Check out early. Check-in was 10 p.m., Check-out was until 11 a.m. the next day, faster than the accommodations in other areas we stayed in.

The owner is a Japanese woman, she is fluent in English and her attitude is very enthusiastic. The location of the hotel is really good, very close to the scenic spot. There is a swimming pool in the yard. The indoor space is quite large, that is, there is no kettle, and it is not allowed to eat anything or wash clothes indoors. It also writes a reminder in Chinese at the front desk. The hot water for the bath is okay, but the towels are too hard. It was found that breakfast was not included at the time of booking. You have to pay an extra 30 lire to include breakfast.

From the outside, the hotel seems welcome and pleasant. However, since our first contact with the team, we were surprised by their cold: they didn't want to be paid by bank cards, saying they had no reader, while we could see him behind the counter. Then we were taken to our room: it had no air conditioning, which resulted in a constant smell of moisture, in addition to very unpleasant moisture. I think it is dangerous to stay in this atmosphere several nights, especially for young children. In addition, the materials used in the bathroom are not of quality: the washing machine is not well fluided and the toilets evacuate the fluids through a hole located next to it, not below ... I let you imagine the problem. The breakfast was good, but no more, just industrial products. The swimming pool was not accessible, but I can't complain about it, it's just the beginning of the season. The location is very good, I can't remove it from them. We have paid the next day of our arrival: since then, no kindness, no exchange, even no hello or smile. Even when we left, they didn't even come to the courtyard, but just set us from their sofa. I understand that some tourists may be afflicted and unpolite, that this profession is not always easy, but I do not understand this attitude. Finally, the price was not so high, but I had to write this message for families who will pay the high price this summer and who will face these disfunctions.
Grand Atlas Hotel

Basic hotel situated near the main tourist attraction like Travertines. Hotel staff, Emre was very attentive and helpful to all of our requests including giving us a ride to the bus station at 2am for a minimum fare. Only major setback was that the sockets in the rooms did not function except for 1 power plugs. So can look into improving that aspect of the service. Basic hotel for an overnight stay.
OzenTurku Hotel

The guest is very friendly, doesn't speak good but enough English and try to help where he can. The room was small and rather old, but it also had its own charm. The accommodation is quiet and ideal for visiting the calcaire terraces. It's a pity that no early breakfast is possible. I think many guests want to visit the calcaire terraces directly at the opening of the park because then the many bus tourists are not yet there and therefore can not take breakfast. Yet even the morning dinner was the highlight for me, which brings me to the maximum score: I was allowed to take the morning dinner with many local delights in the second morning with the guest family in their living room - a Wonderful experience!
Shah Sultan Ozturk Hotel

The only complains I can give about this place is that we didn't stay longer. Had we known how much this hotel would exceed our expectations we would have planned a few more days. Driving into the courtyard you instantly feel welcomed and at home. You are greeted by two wonderful pools one is a shallow one for children. It was a little chilly for us to use this time of year but I am sure in the heat of Summer it is absolutely divine. The family that runs this place are wonderful people. We were immediately offered coffee or tea while we waited for our rooms. The rooms are a decent size especially for the price you pay. The bathrooms are beautiful, you have your own little private hamam in your room. Having a disability it was nice to have such a large bathroom space. If needed you could fit a wheelchair into the shower. The bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. The only thing I would mention is it does get a little chilly at night. I recommend asking someone how to use the heat in your room. There are a few steps to get to the lower level rooms, as well there is a ramp available. Either way, everyone is more than happy to help you manage anything you need. One of the owners, Ismail, was full of recommendations for how to best enjoy the local sites. He is very well traveled and has put a lot of work into learning multiple languages through his travels. If he is not too busy he is a very interesting person to sit and have a conversation with. He even took the kilim (Turkish rug) I bought in Istanbul to speak with someone to see if I would get the same story from the person I bought from. He came back with more information than I originally got, including proper ways to care for it as someone had washed it in hot water previously which caused the colors to run. Ismail did this out of his own curiosity, he is not trying to sell me anything more. There was never any pressure to buy or book anything extra. Just good advice! I honestly can't say enough about this place, the experiences was worth way more than you pay. And the hosting family treat you better than you would get at a hotel for 10 times the price. The matriarch of the family makes a wonderful butter which you can have with your morning breakfast. The location is fantastic, it is a quick drive to the travertine's / ruins, or it is not too far if you want to walk. A beautiful area to go hiking in. The people of the town are amazing. You truly get the vibe of a small town where everybody knows everybody. Good humble kind people. Half of the residents work in the hotel industry and the other half are farmers. Every single person we encountered we're happy to take time to answer any questions. I highly recommend the Shah Sultan Ozturk! I would absolutely stay here again, only I would make sure it was for a longer time next time. Thank you so much Ismail and family for providing a beautiful experience in our travels! My apologies if I mispelled your name.
