We loved staying with this lovely family who treat customers like their house guests.

It is a small hotel with 4 rooms included managed by a couple, all rooms are big enough and very clean. The hotel is located closing to the centre of Pamukkale and bus from / to Denizil will be stopped in front of the hotel. The owner will prepare delicious breakfast and send to room for guests every day. He also always help his guests for arranging local tours or activities such as balloons flying and paragliding. We must stay there again in case we will visit Pamukkale

The perfect place to stay if going to Pamukkale Terraces and Hieroplois. Owners are amazing and attentive. Extremely helpful with getting the buses and advising on best way to explore Pamukkale. Also great food/restaurant suggestions. Rooms are big and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Breakfast was delicious and outside in the garden which added to the feel of relaxation and holiday. Would definitely come back here

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at the Cotton House in Pammukale. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality by the owner, Mr. Tufan. He was always friendly and warm, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. During our visit, we unfortunately fell victim to a scam involving our shuttle bus booking to the airport. However, Mr. Tufan was incredibly patient and dedicated in helping us resolve the issue. His assistance and support made us feel safe and secure throughout our time at the Cotton House. The rooms at the Cotton House were immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. We felt a sense of comfort and relaxation in our well-appointed accommodations. Additionally, the homemade breakfast served each morning was simply delightful, leaving us satisfied and ready to explore the wonders of Pammukale. In conclusion, I highly recommend staying at the Cotton House if you have plans to visit Pammukale. The exceptional hospitality of Mr. Tufan, combined with the cleanliness, comfort, and delicious breakfast, made our experience truly memorable.

Fantastic location and the rooms were very clean and maintained well. Highly recommend the rooms to anyone wanting to visit to Pammukale. Host was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the area. He also recommended couple of good places for dinner. We had great views from the room. The room price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

A very clean homestay, it is really hard to imagine that it was opened in 2019. The old grandfather and his wife must have been very attentive in maintaining and operating it. Advantages 1 Clean, the floor, switches, and even the drains are all clean and tidy. 2 The floor heating is very comfortable and very comfortable to step on in winter. 3 The atmosphere of the homestay is quite good. The landlord grandfather is really enthusiastic. He helps to guide the route and introduces their traditional wine for us to taste, although we can't taste it. 4 The landlord's English is very suitable for Chinese people. We are not good at English, but we can magically understand what he says. He doesn't need long sentences or long words, and his expression is very clear. 5 The room we were given is facing Pamukkale. 6 Breakfast is a meal, one for each person. It is unlikely that there will be many choices for breakfast in the homestay, but the sauce made by the landlord's grandmother is really delicious, and the omelet is also good. Disadvantages, the water volume is unstable. I don't know if it was peak time when we took a shower or for some other reason. The water became cold. It took almost two hours to get hot water. I hope the landlord will pay attention to this problem. In addition, most hotels in Turkey do not provide toothbrushes, or even toothbrush cups, so guests need to bring their own. As for drinking water, it depends on the situation. This homestay charges for drinking water, but it is not expensive. Overall, I highly recommend it. Hierapolis is very shocking. I personally think it is not much worse than Ephesus.

The boss and his wife are very nice. The breakfast is rich. The boss's wife's homemade tomato chili sauce is delicious and not spicy.

The location is excellent, about 5 minutes drive from Pamukkale. The room is clean and big, the floor heating is on, it's not cold in winter. The boss is very enthusiastic and the boss's wife is also a good cook. We didn't want to go out to eat, so we ate there. It was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

The landlord's family is very welcoming. The rooms are very clean and have a microwave. The owner's family lives on the second floor. The third floor above is the guest room. The owner has a lot of business, including paragliding, hot air balloons, and handmade wool blankets. It can be said to be a one-stop service. The price is also quite reasonable. The breakfast made by the owner is also very delicious. He speaks very good English and will enthusiastically give suggestions for sightseeing. The homestay is very close to the middle gate of Pamukkale, but it is not recommended to enter from the middle gate because you have to climb up Pamukkale barefoot. It is recommended to take a minibus to the north gate or take a taxi to the south gate

The boss is very nice. We arrived on an early flight and didn’t have time to check in yet. The boss invited us to have breakfast. He was also very enthusiastic about introducing the scenic spots and teaching us how to get there. We could also see hot air balloons in the morning! Thumbs up! I will definitely stay again next time I go!

It's very quiet. The landlord is very enthusiastic. He told us the route to the south gate of Pamukkale and introduced us to some delicious local restaurants. It's really worth staying here. You can see hot air balloons from the balcony of the room in the morning, which is very pleasant.
