This hotel is located near the busy Calle Santander. In your room you don't hear any noise from the street or Calle Santander. The rooms are big and beds and shower are very good too. Very nice breakfast included every day which is served in the beautiful garden where you can watch and listen to the birds while you enjoy your breakfast. The staff is very friendly, I forgot a blouse and the notified me fast. We made arrangements for the shuttle service to Pick it up so I could pick the blouse up at the shuttle service office in Antigua. We would stay here again! There are also lots of nice places to sit all over the hotel premises including the rooftop with a view to the vulcanoes. The dock to take a boat trip over the lake is also in walking distance of the hotel

Nice gardens and secured parking. Room is large and clean. There is a lot of value here. The only negative that I can find is the noise level at night as you are about 1 -2 blocks away from the night life - loud bars and discos. The music went on until 5-6 am. So in summary, no views, not quite, well located and excellent value. Bring some real good ear plugs or a good sleeping pill.

Lovely gardens, clean, good housekeeping. I paid for a room with a kitchen. Refrigerator?? Didn’t work. Stovetop? Didn’t work. Hot plate? Didn’t work. No oven. Microwave?? I dunno. Don’t use microwaves. Office staff put forth zero effort at check-in and thereafter. A poor experience all around. Do not recommend.

Clean and comfortable hide-away in the city. Lovely grounds, fine service and good accommodations. Breakfast has a small menu but good choices. Bring earplugs, loud music some evenings from local bar. Would stay again.

In the middle of Panajachel but once you walk inside is like you are away from everything. You can hear the birds singing in the morning... quite beautiful. You can walk around but there is also transportation. The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is personable and very helpful.

Very noisy location at night due to the bars and nightclubs close by. There is also no soundproofing so you can hear the noise from other guests as well. The grounds are lovely but, if you are a light sleeper, best find something built to North American standards.

Very nice place. Everything was great except the bed was very firm and springy. They could improve the experience by investing in nicer beds. Bring earplugs, you’ll need them - there are many establishments nearby with loud music.

I really loved this charming refuge in this beautiful city. The staff was very helpful in getting me a shuttle back to the airport, and the villas were super safe. The location was also fantastic, and the room was so large for what I was paying. I highly recommend it!

This hotel (villa) has a good environment, almost like a garden. The staff is friendly. We had a small room with a separate kitchen and bathroom. Lots of places outside of the room to rest and enjoy. The price is reasonable.
The shortcomings are loud music from neighboring night clubs at night. No hairdryer, it would be helpful to have a rack in the shower to hold the soap. Considering the price, I am willing to tolerate these.
Tips: The hotel is in a closed environment with its name written on a big steel door, looks like a big factory place. You just ring the bell on the side of the door.
