Overall, I really liked it. It's missing just a few minor details to make it a 5, which is typical of Indian culture. The area is near the Portuguese Quarter. For some reason, the area around the hotel is poorly lit in the evening, while the Portuguese Quarter is well lit. The staff is friendly and helpful.

stayed at Novotel for a weekend and had an amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautiful but also incredibly clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, allowing us to walk to many nearby restaurants and attractions. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread. And thanks to komal and Priti they helped me I cannot wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

Had a wonderful experience during breakfast at food exchange, With great variety of fresh and delicious options. A special mention to Kim , she was incredibly helpful and attentive she added a personal touch to overall experience. The ambience was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place for a great breakfast experience and good hospitality.

Very nice hotel. Overall vibe of the hotel is quite playful and matches with the Vibe of Goa. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. However the best part of this hotel is the food. They have an amazing breakfast spread and their staff is very curteous. Chef Praveen and Santoi make really nice food and their restaurant staff is quite curteous. Special shoutout to Priti and Baby for being very amicable and attentive. Will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to explpre Panjim and wants to live in the thick of things.
