I had an excellent stay at Ginger Hotel Panjim during my recent visit to Goa. I stayed here for 9 days and 8 nights, and this was actually my third stay at the property — which itself says a lot about how comfortable and reliable the experience has been for me. The rooms were always clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel provides all the necessary amenities including WiFi, air conditioning, television, mini refrigerator, and a kettle for tea/coffee, making long stays very convenient. One of the best aspects of the hotel is its location. It is situated in a peaceful and quiet area while still being very close to the riverside and Panjim cruise points, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the famous boat cruises. The food quality was consistently very good throughout my stay. Every meal was delicious and well prepared. The biggest highlight, however, was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was extremely polite, cheerful, and helpful at all times. I would especially like to appreciate Simran, Natasha, Pardeep, Nizahu, Abhinav, Vikas, and Sandeep for their outstanding service and friendly nature. Their efforts genuinely made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely stay here again on my future visits to Goa. Highly recommended for both short and long stays. It's a value for money hotel.

I recently stayed at this property while in Goa for an official work. Its conveniently located in the city of Panji. It has parking facility within premises as well as in the adjoining plot. They have a travel desk who assists in arranging cabs for commuting. Its little pricy but reliable option. The rooms are compact but clean and well decorated. The food is good. The buffet breakfast is well spread. The staff is courteous. Overall a good option for staying in Panaji.

Had an excellent fish thali for lunch at Ginger Hotel Panaji (Patto). The meal was absolutely satisfying and packed with authentic Goan flavors. The prawn curry was the highlight—rich, coconut-based, and perfectly balanced, with generously sized prawns that truly elevated the dish. The thali itself was very generous, offering a delightful variety of items ***** with rice, a simple yet tasty cabbage bhaji, egg bhurji, salad, and pic kle. Every element felt fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully put together. The solkadhi at the end was wonderfully refreshing and served as a perfect digestive, while the gulab jamun provided a sweet and satisfying finish to the meal. A special mention to Chef Supresh for the excellent food, and heartfelt thanks to Restaurant Supervisor Sandipan and the attentive staff—Natasha, Simran, Pradeep, Jyoti, and Abhinav—for their warm hospitality and great service. Overall, a delicious and wholesome Goan thali experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic seafood in Panaji.
