This my third visit to the Crown and not without good reason. The hotel is 2 minutes walk to both the heritage Latin quarter and all the main restaurants and shopping. It is the best located quality hotel. The standard of maintenance and cleanliness has remained consistently high. The bedding is clean, crisp and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, quiet and well equipped. The hotel offers rooms that are quaint and modern. There is an on site Casino and salon/ health spa. The hotel pool is clean and beautiful. It has a stunning backdrop view of the Mandovi river, particularly at night with the bridge lit up. The restaurant is clean with ample good quality/delicious breakfast choices of Indian, European and good fresh fruit/ juices on offer. I would suggest you try an evening meal here. I really enjoyed the delicious restaurant food when I last ate here and the fabulous poolside band. The bar cocktails were good too. Daisy at the front desk in particular, ensured my every requirement was exceeded. Daisy has a warm and friendly manner and is quick to resolve any potential situations - she is a great ambassador for all that's good about this hotel. I have absolute confidence and appreciation for her high level of genuine customer service. I observed Chandra the room cleaner, labour to clean the room impeccably, I was impressed with the degree of cleaning. Having stayed at many hotels in Panjim, the Crown remains my preferred choice. At this price point, there isn't another hotel in the vicinity to match it.

The service is really good. They have taken good care and even gave us packed Breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning. As we came with kids, this gesture is appreciated. Spl mention to front office team. Food is very good and affordable in comparison with shacks.

The staff here are helpful and kind. Daisy and Bosco were extremely welcoming and made sure that I was comfortable and catered for anything required. The rooms were spacious and very clean and housekeeping ensured that toiletries were restocked everyday. The food here is tasty, with a variety of options whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. With a wide range of drinks too especially their cocktails. All the staff here are polite and helpful going out of their way to recommend dishes and remembering certain things you like, would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting and would happily return for another stay.

The hotel the staff the services everything was up to the mark and moreover it’s very near to the Casinos. I always used to stay in luxury properties but this time we decided to stay near the Casino . I am a perfectionist and very particular about cleanliness and must say I had an amazing experience and would visit the hotel more often Regards Namita Kasliwal ( Jaipur )

The crown is one of the worst hotels I booked. When you enter the property, it smells of sewage water. Then the lifts are so dingy and have a musty smell. When you enter the hotel lobby from there onwards, it smells of a strong perfume, which anyone with allergies for strong smells will start feeling sick. I could not stay in the hotel and total them. I am feeling sick with the smells they still tried to convince me to stay back by showing me different rooms. Finally, they showed me one without any perfume smell, n I decided to stay back. I left for my work, and in the evening, when I was back in the room, it was smelling very musty, and I then understood the perfume was to cover up the bad smell in the entire hotel. I left the hotel right away at night and then had to go hotel hunting with my child. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone it's just a fleece. How can one live in such musty and strong perfumed rooms, like living in a perfume bottle. At night, it smells of cigarettes outside the casino on the lobby level. I asked them for a refund of 17,000 for 2 days, but they refused and said only they would refund one day. The staff was very nice, but when you can't live in such a horrible atmosphere, what's the use of good staff. Do not make the mistake of booking here ever. The hotel is badly in need of a revamp. There are so many better and cheaper hotels in the North. Double Tree by Hilton Arpora. Novotel and Ginger panjim. To mention a few of them. I can't understand how can the owners live in peace, cheating people of their hard earned money. I was so disappointed as I had booked this hotel to be close to the old goa church as I came for the exposition.

Daisy, Brenda and Saurabh went above and beyond to provide an excellent and memorable experience at the Crown Goa. Also, Sandip and Bosco ensured top class service at every meal. The room was clean and well serviced by Raghu and his hard working team.

Staying at Crown Goa Hotel was a delight! The view of the Mandovi River from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was warm and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and relaxing. The food was delicious, especially the Goan dishes—I couldn’t get enough of the prawn curry! The poolside area was so peaceful; it was the perfect spot to unwind. Being close to Panaji’s attractions made it easy to explore, but the hotel’s peaceful vibe felt like a retreat. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Goa.

I had an exceptional stay at the Crown Goa Hotel, perfectly perched overlooking the Mandovi River that made every morning special. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. The in-house restaurant served delightful Goan and international cuisine. The serene poolside and rejuvenating spa added to the experience. Conveniently located near Panaji’s attractions, the hotel offered both tranquility and accessibility. For anyone seeking comfort, great service, and breathtaking views in Goa, Crown Goa Hotel is a fantastic choice.

First time stay at The Crown, Goa. Overall : A wonderful experience. Very good location which is backed up by polite and courteous staff. Ms Daisy at the front desk was very helpful and empathetic. She ensured immediate allocation of the room and this saved some precious time for me. The room was well prepared, clean and kept ready. All amenities were in place. The receptionist, Daisy, goes over and beyond to help the guests.... She ensured that I had a good and safe stay at the hotel.... The food at the hotel is really good.... Rooms are clean.... Overall the hotel has a very good ambience....personally i liked my stay overall

We stayed at the crown Panjim Goa between 14th to 18th October. It was a pleasant experience,staff was very supportive especially Ms.Daisy at Reception....she was very cooperative to guest,solving the queries of guest with a smiling face...very tasty food ,nice & Spacious rooms...

Excellent service. The staff make do with the facilities and go out if their way to make the guest comfortable. A special call out to Daisy from reception. Breakfast Cafe staff also were very polite but need some coaching on service standards. Cleaning staff need to be reminded that they shouldn't be in the way of guests especially in front of the lifts.

A lovely hotel in a secluded but central location in Panaji, atop a hill with stunning views of the river Mandovi. Very attentive staff, a shout out to Daisy, Bosco, Meena and chef Amol. Sumptious breakfast spread, excellent housekeeping and very comfortable and spacious rooms. We have been staying here for the last 8 years on our trips to Panaji.

Excellent stay and a great customer Service Daisy and Meena. Stayed for the first time. Excellent view from the window. Rooms are very very clean. House keeping and dining was excellent. Very good complimentary breakfast. I just simply liked the hotel and casino was there inside with complimentary hot and cold beverage.
