We stayed at Gulf Credit for six weeks in early 2024. Unit 2002. Every unit in the building has a spectacular ocean front view with a 40 foot plus balcony. There is an on site property manager. Everyone was professional and friendly. Our unit was spacious, clean and well maintained. The building is also clean and well maintained. Every entrance to the building is secured and locked with a code that changes each month. Every evening we got to enjoy a beautiful sunset on your own balcony. We want to come back next year.

Great location, white sand beaches and perfect weather! Had a great family vacation. Pool and hot tub are rarely busy, very impressive workout room. Plenty of restaurants and sight seeing close to the condo.

Very friendly staff, our condo is beautiful the view is worth everything and then some! Very easy to access everything in the condo. Great location within Panama City everything around from great foods to tourist attractions and convenient places like Walmart target

The condo in which we stayed was roomy, clean, directly on the beach and had everything you’d want in a beachside condo. The cost was much lower than we expected to pay, especially for all that was included. Besides the normal amenities, the staff was so accommodating and friendly. They answered any questions we had and gave us great advice on places to eat. We won’t be looking anywhere else for accommodations the next time we come to Panama City Beach!!

The units are very large and the balconies are the biggest on the Beach! The staff is friendly and helpful. This is our 8th year and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else! It is well maintained, has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. There's a fun tiki bar poolside. It has everything you need for a fabulous holiday!

The view is perfect, love the sunsets. The condos are decent. Most workers are really nice. The sea**** of course bothers a little. They don’t really clean it. But overall it was an amazing trip for family and friends.

My hotel room was a wonderful the pools have a good temperature! And the beach is super close I don’t like the sea**** around the beach! But some of the workers have some attitude but they are just trying to do thete job and there is thing flying off the balconies I saw a frisbee and Bluetooth speaker so watch out!

Our stay was New Years Eve. I love all the bowl games and the play off games. The tv did not work no connection to the cable co. We called left messages some extremely helpful neighbors tried to get it to work. Without success. No one ever returned our calls. They didn't try to provide ANY service!! Someone is always on call!!! But it appears the New Years weekend was more important than the service, so we got none ! what if the toilet was running over the window fell our. Nothing!!! The management co finally answered the phone I demanded a refund they offered 50 per night off I demanded 100 they said they would call and see then let me know hahaha they didn't call they sent the 50 per night Lousy SERVICE No SERVICE Never stay anywhere they manage!

Nice and clean condo. Friendly people, we will be back. This is our third year. We have not had any problems at all. The beach is real nice and clean. We love sitting out on the deck. We love watching all of the people. It is close to lots of restaurants and stores.
