I felt the room could be cleaner. Carpet looked dirty and tile floors were slippery. There was mold on the shower head.

Hotel was clean & staff was friendly. Room did not have an ironing board & shower water wasn’t hot. Breakfast was okay. I was charged twice for my room though, so my real problem is with *******.

The hotel was under construction, we drove 14 hours and we were tired so we did not leave the filthy, smelly, dirty hotel room and I want my money back.
