Extremely clean, modern with the most complete buffet breakfast you can find at this price point! The pool has a great view, the rooms also have unobstructed views specially higher floors. The gym is well equipped & has proper A/C. Wifi works seamlessly in the rooms & the entire facility. Restaurants, pharmacy & even a hospital is walking distance & Multiplaza mall isn’t too far to walk to or a short Uber.

It was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a ten out of ten.

Everything was great! Great food in the restaurant with a very tentative staff. We used valet parking and it also went very well. The location was attached to a mall which made it easy to shop for any additional items if needed.

Friendly staff at checkin and throughout the hotel. Good bar & restaurant options. Rooms are clean & spacious, big comfortable beds too.

Room was old and never again like hard rock , reception name Evelyn was very rude even not welcome give us , even the other girl next to her call Nicole was disrespectful. I’ll never back to that place. Also our room was a lake because air conditioning was broke and very noise so bad experience

Everything was fine as my numerous trips to your hotel. I wish my shower this morning was hotter but it may have been my fault taking one at  11 am.  Otherwise use thank you so very much! Janice Vucinich MD

Big disappointment. Booked it for the last 2 days of our holiday with intention to relax. They provided us with a room but we had to changed it after one night because they started to do some maintenance work on that floor. The second room had moist problems, a bad smell and a wet floor in the bathroom. People working there are very indifferent to their guests with some exception. Pool is nice but staff is very busy chatting with each other instead of looking after their guests. Way to overpriced. Much better options around with better pricing and service!

I don't think it's right that they're remodeling the large dining room, especially at this time of year. They're currently serving breakfast in the small dining room, which is far too small for everyone. There should be a line for people to enter the dining room, not just wandering around freely. There needs to be some order! Things run out quickly at breakfast, and it's difficult for them to replenish them. There needs to be more organization!

The view and location are fantastic! However, breakfast is always packed, making it impossible to find a place to eat! The management is unclear and the staff doesn't take customer feedback into account.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but several facilities, like the rooftop terrace, were closed. I think some parts of the hotel need renovation. The staff was very friendly. However, the towels were worn, and the bed was poorly made—it only had a bottom sheet, not a blanket. The mattress was a bit hard, below the standard of a 5-star hotel. I'm leaving this review so they can restore the hotel to the high standard it deserves.
