Loved the area, loved how it was close to everything

Location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the waterfront and you can walk to nearby malls. The only con with the hotel is the breakfast staff. They were not up to the standards of the hotel and had to be asked to refill water and milk in the communal jugs. They seemed very overwhelmed by their tasks and were not proactive enough. Aside from that, the hotel was very good.

We stayed one night, three couples. Excellent location, close to a mall, restaurants, hospital, pharmacies. A couple blocks from Balboa avenue. Restaurant and coffee shop on the lobby level, free parking and we got to leave our car for four days while we travelled to San Blas Islands. We all said we would stay here again.

Hotel is at great location. Great views towards city. Only dissadvantage is you have no chance to open the window and air condition at #1913 was with little unpleasant odour while running. Elevators might be a challange sometimes as place is pretty busy.

Rooms were huge and very clean, there was no business lounge or general meeting area, they are undergoing renovations.

This very average hotel was not at all what I expected. The very first night we arrived we had to change rooms because the room they had given us was unacceptable (It was a bit dingy & dirty). We immediately went back down to the front desk and demanded that day give us another room. The second room they had given us was a little cleaner and acceptable, so we took that room. The bathroom situation was a nightmare! it's an open-concept bathroom which means there's no door and absolutely no privacy! Unless you're staying with your significant other or someone you're extremely close to, this may be an uncomfortable situation for both/all of you. There is no room service so if you want food you will have to go down to the restaurant, buy it from a store or order from Uber eats. But For me, the worst part of all was the Horrible Wi-fi connection. The hotel would literally have no Wi-fi connection or Internet access for hours at a time and there was one day it was out overnight. This would occur every other day which became a nightmare when it was time to work (I work remotely and rely on Wifi). I have never stayed in a hotel with such horrible Internet access. If I had to choose, I wouldn't stay here again unless the price was $20 bucks a night. Anything more isn't really worth it to me. This felt like a 2-star hotel experience to me.

To start it off right I didn’t think my trip included free breakfast until I arrived and the lady at front desk told me! I was excited about the free food. I loved everything about the hotel and the food was on point and the hotel is very clean. The only thing that worried me is the was the quietness where my room was, it made us overthink a little but that didn’t stop anything we still enjoyed it. I loved all the amenities and the staff was very nice. I would definitely book again if I visit again

Great stay

My room door lock and toilet door handle were broken

The location is OK, but the room is old and even the safety lock on the door is broken. In addition, the breakfast has few varieties and the taste is average. I can only say that it is just enough for one night and it is barely acceptable.

In the city center, facing the Panama landmark, convenient for travel, but the decoration is old and there is no choice for breakfast

The room was dirty when I entered, the staff was not helpful at all and the pool was closed for 2 days out of the 5 days I stayed. I would have enjoyed my visit to Panama much more if I had not stayed here. I do not recommend it.

Everything is good but I would like them to offer all inclusive

The hotel environment is very good and the breakfast is good
