Convenient location for tour pick-up, metro, shops, restaurants. There is a nice pool next to the gym. The breakfast was tasty! Loved this Christmas vibes.

The location is great, conveniently close to the subway. Service was excellent.

Quite convenient location and well priced for the area. There is a restaurant on the first floor which serves good food (see picture). This hotel is usually busy for the last few days I have been staying.

The Hotel is very nice with very good cleaning ladies and friendly staff. The breakfast is basic. While it’s easy to take metro and other public transportation, it’s not easy to go to the Casco Viejo without Uber. Overall it’s been a good stay.

Nice place, however, the breakfast is nothing to write home about. Reminds me of a Holiday Inn in the U.S. Secondly the showers hot water was barely warm. Cool showers for three days. Must have been something going on with he valves in the shower as the water in the vanity sink was very hot. 

I chose this hotel because of its convenient location near the metro station. It's easy to find even in the dark, just a short walk from the metro. The reception was warm and welcoming. This time I had a room on the 9th floor. The higher the room, the less you hear from the street. The room was very spacious. I had a large bed all to myself, plus a small sitting area. The bathroom was rather small, but it even had shampoo and shower gel. It was clean enough. This time everything was clean and in good order, including the towels. Unfortunately, there was no toilet brush. Breakfast is included and served buffet-style. There was a good selection of hot dishes, bread, cereal, fruit, and vegetables. Overall, I was very satisfied and booked the hotel again at the end of my trip.

I arrived in the early morning. The reception staff was attentive and friendly. I'd love to book again for my next trip.

Hotel not brand new but well renovated. Upon arrival they gave us the famous room with the bathroom without a door (#1006) then after request, they changed our room. New bathroom, but the rest of the room (#503) a bit dated, carpet headboard of the bed. Very comfortable bed, but soundproofing between the rooms a bit poor. Nice and well equipped gym. The pool on the 2nd floor is a bit noisy and smelly, given the various ventilations. Abundant breakfast, but for us Europeans without bread, but with pancakes, toast bread and various morsels, and many other things.

The breakfast variety is OK, just average. The room is relatively small, and now there is a balcony that is enough for one person. The bathroom is clean, but because the hotel is relatively old, the shower room and floor drain have some smell. The service is OK. The swimming pool is relatively small, the gym has complete equipment, a sauna room, and a single-person bathing room. Overall satisfied~
