There is no hair dryer in this hotel. Slippers. Toothpaste and toothbrush..

I was not impressed by the breakfast options but everything else was excellent. We had so much fun and though we didn't know much Spanish, the staff were friendly and they attended to us whenever we needed something. The hotel felt like a home away from home because of the ambiance.
I loved the environment also, it had a lot of restaurants around the hotel which was extremely convenient.

Ac wasn't working, we had to changed rooms. I booked a queen size beds got double. Breakfast was boring... front desk was friendly and helpful.

The hotel, wasn't very clean, in general, and I asked for room service and the dirty plate stayed in my room for a couple of extra nights, so in general cleanliness isn't a strong point as of maintenance

I liked the location, walking distance to just about everything, their gym & pool areas offer much needed relaxation! The restaurant is convenient & the staff -- minus one, are outstanding, but not having some items frequently is not good! That one staff member was asked on 3 occasions to replace the cold coffee & just ignored me? Overall excellent stay, even though i didn't get the room I signed up for & was promised a change, that never occurred, it was comparable. The rooms could use a microwave or have one accessible for guests. Update curtains & room furniture!
