This is a great hotel, especially for the price. The staff are all very friendly and attentive, the rooms are large and spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had in Panama. Located in a very walkable area of the city, within 10 minutes walking from anything you need. At one point the button to the 12th floor in the elevator stopped working, I had to go to the 13th and walk down. Not a big problem but a little annoying.

Large room and large bathroom at good price. Coffee maker desperately needs replacing. Front desk service just OK. Dining room would not serve any breakfast unless purchased with room reservation, bad news.

Things were missing from the room and never turned up.

The bed is big and comfortable. The room is also big. The price/performance ratio is high. The location is good. The subway entrance is nearby. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There is only one front desk staff. I waited a long time to check in.

The only bad thing is that it doesn't have parking. But they solved our problem. Good service and very friendly!

The room rate is relatively high, but the light is relatively dim at night. There is no drinking water, not even at the front desk. If you are thirsty in the middle of the night, you have to go out and buy water yourself The hot water is not hot, and it is cold after being left for a long time
