Hotel itself was decent for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. In a good location with a McDonald's across the street and a park about a 3 minute walk away.

This is my first time at this hotel. I was surprised at how friendly they are and that, though it's an inexpensive hotel, they provide breakfast (scrambled eggs and toast or rice cakes) included with the room. Unlike others in this price range, they also provide daily housekeeping.

Really I dont recommend this place, that's not cheap and also the rooms are really awful. The description doesnt be the same on reality. This hotel is placed in a dangerous part of the city! Finally the staff doesnt speak English and I think they aren't trusty!

Juan in the reception is awesome. He should work in a 5 star hotel. Mayde our stay wonderful. From tips on what to do and see, bringing books with information, preparing hot water when needed, braking big bills, storing our luggage and so on - real service.
The hotel itself is a little worn down, but everything worked. We came back and stayed additional nights

It won't be long until my son returns at the beginning of August. I ask you to please change the room where I don't hear so much noise. The room you have is close to the reception and you can hear everything. I also wanted to know what happens with the air conditioning?
