The staff is good, but untrained in hospitality. Their answers are like the Vermonters. "Where is the high tea served?" I asked. They pointed to a place some distance away. When I went there the tea service had not yet started and I was 30 minutes too early. technically correct answer, but totally worthless. Almost everyone drives to that place. But there is no place to wash the cars. You ask 3 people and you get 3 different answers. But issue not resolved.The room setup is Buffet setup is sad. the bread toaster did not work, and I was told that I could take untoasted bread, for which I had a choice - white or brown! Low on service but high on attitude. The room setup and location of light switches is bad, but you can expect that in a heritage hotel. But a highly anaemic water heater is not acceptable. Would I go there again? No! Not even at half the price ...
