It was excellent superb hospitality and food arrangement were excellent staff members were superb rooms tents were excellent we came with friends to attend their function so super duper decoration loved the arrangements done by all the people there

One of the most fantastic and serene stays of my life! Beautiful, aesthetic place with a fabulous and extremely helpful crew of staff who are very proactive! Very clean and well maintained. One needs to see it , experience it to believe it! Loved it!

We all enjoyed a lot property. location is good, property is really well maitained. We enjoyed a lot with kayaking, swimming pool and Garden. Night view and morning view is really amazing. Service of all staff is also good. Thank a lot to Team Chapaner heritage resort for give us a good experiance.

Awesome stay. Food Rooms Ambience Hospitality Location Venue Price Everything 10/10 They do provide various Indore games, kayaking, swimming pool facility and everything is included in the room tariff. Excellent & Royal wedding destion, one of the best wedding destion resort in Gujarat. They have multiple spots for all wedding events in 45 Acer land. They have 84 Royal tent and suite rooms. The service and hospitality is world class rate 5 out of 5. The staff are very polite and friendly nature. Specialy thanks to Varunbhai and Rameshbhai for their unconditional support for our unforgettable wedding event.

The staff is good, but untrained in hospitality. Their answers are like the Vermonters. "Where is the high tea served?" I asked. They pointed to a place some distance away. When I went there the tea service had not yet started and I was 30 minutes too early. technically correct answer, but totally worthless. Almost everyone drives to that place. But there is no place to wash the cars. You ask 3 people and you get 3 different answers. But issue not resolved.The room setup is Buffet setup is sad. the bread toaster did not work, and I was told that I could take untoasted bread, for which I had a choice - white or brown! Low on service but high on attitude. The room setup and location of light switches is bad, but you can expect that in a heritage hotel. But a highly anaemic water heater is not acceptable. Would I go there again? No! Not even at half the price ...

Superb place with great food and nice supporting staff. Food is upto mark special thanx vishwajit sir who always care for our selection for all meals. Will sure visit this place again. Place with lots of mengo trees We have booked mengo orchid tents
