Anonymous UserHAD AN ISSUE AND INCONVENIENCE AT HENNAN PREMIER COAST. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR A FIRST TIMER. THE PLACE WAS NICE AND THE LOCATION IS ALMOST PERFECT BUT THE SERVICE WE EXPERIENCED ARE BY FAR THE WORSE WE EXPERIENCE IN ANY HOTEL THAT WE'VE BEEN TO. I already reached out to trip.com in regards of my complaint and they're are nice and professional enough to accommodate me and address the issue although henann did not take any responsibility at all. If you stay in hotel make sure to spend more money as they are more focus on milking they're guest than doing their job properly.

Guest User2nd time in Bohol and glad we picked Amorita! Its the best service and location. Nestled in a cliff in Alona beach, it felt very private & serene. The hospitality was amazing! Very Filipino aesthetic. We ended up staying in the hotel more. The restaurants are also good especially the spanish one where we had the best tapas! Worth every penny.

ЭмиляMy son and I stayed at this guesthouse for 10 days. It's just a couple of minutes' walk to the ocean. The beach is fantastic, I think it's the best one in Boracay. The staff and the owner, Peter, are wonderful and very responsive. We felt right at home. A big hello to all the staff and Peter from Russia!!! We have the warmest memories of you all!!

The hotel overall is decent, and the environment is nice. However, the biggest drawback is the lack of hot water for showers. You have to request hot water from the front desk in advance. Unfortunately, even after I asked the front desk for hot water, I ran the tap for ages and only cold water came out – I almost caught a cold! In the end, a staff member boiled water in a kettle and gave me a bucket to shower. I don't know which genius came up with this failed energy-saving design of not even installing a water heater, it's truly speechless. Plus, the hotel doesn't provide thick duvets, only thin duvet covers, quite similar to some hotels in European countries.

AichimiqilindezhenniI stayed at Bohol Haitang Resort for one night as a temporary stopover while getting my diving certification in Bohol. It was perfectly adequate for that purpose.
The ground floor room I stayed in felt quite damp, and the overall cleanliness was just average. I noticed stains around the sink and in the corners of the bathroom, so the cleaning wasn't very thorough.
The upside is its convenient location, not far from the dive shop, making it suitable for a quick stay or short overnight. I wouldn't recommend it if you have high standards for accommodation and cleanliness. However, if you're on a budget and just need a simple place to crash for diving, without being too picky about your lodging, then staying here for a night could be an option.

Aria HamabeI highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for reasonable nightly rates and a very convenient location. It’s just a short walking distance to Alona Beach, with many restaurants and bars nearby, so there’s no need to rent a motorcycle you can easily walk everywhere from Harmony Hotel.
The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Panglao.

The room had a noticeable musty smell. However, a big thank you to the staff! When our AC broke down on the first day, they quickly provided us with a very powerful fan, and the AC was fixed by the next day. My only suggestion for the staff is to please keep the noise down a bit, especially since the front desk is right next to the rooms and the soundproofing isn't great. 😌

Overall didn’t met my expectations, didn’t expect this, I thought it was going to be more “fancy” for the price. But you can find better places for better prices.

Guest UserPros:
-Beautiful swimming pool w/lifeguard
-clean room
-Gugma Restaurant serves delicious food
-friendly staff except for that one female front desk in the morning as well as the no show manager
Cons:
-Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos.
-There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool.
-I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣
-No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout
-Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management
-tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY
-we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white strip that were posted on the website
-corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside
**AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI IN THE ROOM.
