second stay at this hotel. check in was smooth with the reception, no need for deposit. nice stay. weather was fine for beach day. continue with their clean pool. fast service from their room service when request for extra blanket. had dinner at the in house restaurant. service abit late but the food was great. breakfast spread was sufficient. but abit downside during check out as the staff was not paying attention when I was at the counter. I was contemplating whether need to ring the bell as i was standing just in front of her. another staff at the side noticed & take my keycard but no greeting whatsoever. tv was not working, wifi not so smooth but this was not really an issue as we were there for the beach.

To much leaking for both room I'm stayed. Need to tidy up 1st n need to remove all water ponding at balcony before us check in.
Breakfast menu n the taste nit to delicious n need to improve.

Hotel was okay not worth the price paid honesty but the cleanliness is really bad hotel should change the whole maintenance team who will actually do the work . The moment I stepped into the room it was smelly more of like a urine smell I’m not sure if it’s the tiles or the drain even after cleaner cleaned still the same it was horrible . The staff are helpful.check in time was 3 which was too late
Breakfast buffet was average. The highlight of my stay on 31 December 2023 was the new year fireworks by the beach it was wonderful.

I got the connecting room as I came with my 3 kids. The seaview room was the best view I got from my others vacation before. I am very surely will come back to this hotel.
We ordered room service food for dinner. The food was really delicious & yummy.
But if hotel management can prepare more variety menu for breakfast, I’m sure everyone will love it.

Stay during school holiday. This resort just one only on this area. Beach is clean and just nice view.
